Chapter 198 The Man in Black

Hera's other clone and the others were sent out to find suitable rental housing.

So, in the entire dimly lit alley, there were only Hera and Ekaren.

As Ekalen carried the bag, her gaze drifted downwards unconsciously as she watched Hera's beautiful back.

He pulled the scarf that was blocking his lower vision down further, and a pair of fair thighs came into view.

Aikaren quickly looked away, inwardly cursing himself for being a pervert and a scoundrel.

How could I possibly peek at the boss!

Ekalen readjusted the scarf, but her heart was beating faster and faster.

'The dimly lit alleyways of America, the lone man and woman—this seems to be the place where most American stories unfold.'

What if my boss and I...?

Aikaren shook her head violently, wondering what she was thinking!

Hera turned and glanced at Ekalen. "What's wrong?"

Hera was aware of what Ekaren was thinking, but she thought it was a normal human reaction.

After all, Hera knew that she was beautiful and charming.

But she just couldn't understand why Aikaren was reacting so strongly.

Aikaren blushed and shook her head violently like a spinning top. "No, it's nothing."

"oh."

Hera asked no more questions and turned to continue walking.

Ekaren followed behind Hera with her head down, not daring to look at her.

Holding the bag in front of his waist, he tried hard to control his physical reactions and the inappropriate thoughts that should not have crossed his mind.

They were completely unaware that Hera had stopped in front of them.

Allen, with his head down, bumped into Hera, causing him to stumble back two steps.

Hera, however, remained unmoved, like a stone statue standing there.

"Ah, yes, I'm sorry, boss, I, I..."

Aikaren quickly looked up and apologized, her eyes filled with self-reproach and panic.

However, Hera kept her eyes fixed ahead and ignored him.

Allen followed Hera's gaze and saw two men in black coats and top hats standing silently in front of them.

Hera's gaze was fixed on the person in front of her, her eyes and heart showing no wariness, only deep doubt.

These are clearly two ordinary people, so why do I smell the presence of four people on them?

"Hand over your money."

"I'll spare your lives."

The two men in black spoke one after another, but their voices were extremely strange; they seemed to be lowering their voices, yet they were still very sharp.

Ekalen glanced at Hera, gripped the bag of money in her hand, and stood in front of Hera.

He lacked the ability to sense the opponent's level, so he didn't know the strength of the two people in front of him.

But no matter what their strength is, he cannot allow others to harm his boss.

Hera, who was standing behind him, pushed him away.

Fortunately, Ekaren didn't see any malice in Hera's actions, otherwise she would have been heartbroken for a long time.

Hera strode toward the two people in front of her.

The two men in black trembled almost imperceptibly.

Then they simultaneously reached out and each pulled out a small knife.

"We're not interested in women. If you know what's good for you, hand over your money now. My older brother is a superhuman, a really powerful one!"

One of the men in black, Hera, had already come up to him and was uttering a threatening threat, his voice trembling slightly.

Hera walked up to the man in black, her beautiful eyes fixed on his face, which was covered by a clown mask.

The black man swallowed hard, raised the knife to his chest, and pointed it at Hera.

"You, you don't think I wouldn't dare to kill you!"

No sooner had he finished speaking than a pale hand slapped his own face, which was covered by a clown mask.

With the sound of the mask shattering, the upper body of the man in black was actually knocked off.

"Ouch, that hurts! Ugh, my mask!"

The man in black looked at the mask, which was mostly torn, and hugged it tightly in his arms with a pained expression.

Hera looked down and saw the lower half of the man in black, which was a little girl with freckles on both sides of her face and wearing glasses.

The little girl raised her head with a trembling look, met Hera's gaze, took two steps back, and stumbled to the ground.

Hera ignored her and turned to look at another man in black.

The man in black trembled slightly, then drew his knife and pointed it at Hera as well.

I'll fight you to the death!

Forward, forward!

He held the knife in one hand and patted his groin with the other.

His lower body immediately understood and began to run to one side.

"Hey, no, you're going the wrong way, you idiot!"

While shouting, he twisted his body, trying to change direction.

"Wait! Stop right now, we're going to crash..."

But it was still too late.

The man in black crashed into a nearby trash can, his upper and lower body instantly separating, and he fell onto the ground amidst the garbage.

"..."

Hera and Ekaren watched their amazing actions speechlessly.

Aikaren walked over and pulled the child, who was lying next to the trash can and tangled in his coat, out of the clothes and picked him up.

The child was clearly not in the mood to react to what was happening, and was being carried by Aikalen in a daze.

Meanwhile, the child who had also fallen next to the trash can, with a banana peel on his head, realized what was happening.

He picked up the knife that had fallen to the ground and, yelling, stabbed at Aikaren.

"Let go of my boss!!"

But he was stopped by Aycaren, who held his head with one hand.

Then he quickly snatched the knife from his hand and threw it aside, and also picked up the child with the banana peel on his head.
