Various screams and fleeing crowds swept past Nantian and Hera.

The British army seized territory after territory and sent countless young, strong, and beautiful women to their own country.

Black people, white people, and people of Asian descent—regardless of race or nationality—were all invaded by Britain.

"Soon, Britain defeated all the countries in the world and became the world's hegemon."

Suddenly, the scene changed, and we found ourselves in the capital of the United Kingdom.

Here, countless dignitaries gathered to sing and dance in celebration of their current achievements.

At the very center, an orchestra was playing passionate music.

Hera looked toward the central stage following the sound, and then, upon seeing the performances unsuitable for children, her pure heart was tainted.

"Aren't they breaking the law?"

Nan Tian waved his hand without the slightest embarrassment, "The law only truly works on the weak."

"This situation of one country's dominance lasted for several years."

The cities throughout Britain were vibrant and prosperous.

With just a glance, one can tell who are British and who are foreigners.

"Life is going quite well," Hera remarked, looking at the British who were still immersed in prosperity.

"Indeed, but troubled times produce heroes, while peace and comfort... can also lead a country to gradual decline."

Nan Tian walked slowly forward, and a darkness began to spread from him, enveloping the entire space.

In the darkness, several scarlet eyes slowly opened, staring intently at the Terra Tree below, surrounded by industry.

"With no external enemies, powerful families emerged in Britain, and they all began to set their greedy eyes on the Tree of Terra."

Those scarlet eyes grew larger and larger in the darkness, relentlessly approaching the Terra Tree.

Then the crimson light transformed into one ferocious hand after another, reaching down at the tree below.

Several scarlet claws clashed and fought in the darkness, leaving each other covered in wounds.

Hera looked up to admire the scene, when she suddenly noticed a pupa slowly wriggling in a corner.

She walked over slowly, squatted down, and looked at it carefully.

Then, under Hera's gaze, a beautiful butterfly emerged from its chrysalis and slowly flew towards the crimson darkness.

"Prolonged infighting has greatly corrupted the British government, while also giving other countries an opportunity."

Finally, the butterfly, emitting a faint glow, gently landed on the tangled, scarred crimson.

The moment they touched it, the crimson light representing the various families crumbled into fragments and vanished into the void.

Herla caught a piece, then turned to look at the southern sky.

"A country took advantage of the internal turmoil in Britain to secretly develop its power and eventually launched an uprising."

The scene then shifts again to a battlefield.

"For freedom! Kill—!!!"

Countless rebels, with unwavering faith and an unstoppable momentum, charged toward the British army.

The British army, which had long been pampered, immediately disintegrated and was wiped out.

As the flag of liberty slowly rises over the buildings of Britain's capital.

The rebels raised their arms and shouted, celebrating the end of the era of British dominance.

"They succeeded, they successfully defeated Britain..."

"But the war is not over."

Almost exactly what happened in Britain is happening again.

It remains the same situation of one country dominating the world, and the same people who cannot bear the oppression and launch an uprising.

When that grand hall representing the world's hegemony was overthrown, the entire world was plunged into total war!

They seem to be going through one cycle after another, constantly dominating, overthrowing, and then dominating again!

The only difference is that the weapons used in constant bombardment during wartime are evolving at a visible rate.

One bullet after another was fired from the musket, turning into a hail of rifle bullets.

The battlefield, which was originally filled with flesh and blood, was crushed by tanks.

The silent sky was also filled with streaks of fighter jets continuously dropping missiles.

There is only one Tree of Terra, but there are dozens of nations.

"War and conflict are inevitable."

Countless missiles and bullets whizzed past the two men. "This war is the most brutal and protracted war in human history."

"The fighting lasted for more than two hundred years."

"More than two hundred years?" Hera turned her head to look at the southern sky. "I don't believe it. In such a long time, the people who started the war have all grown old and died."

Nan Tian smiled and walked slowly across the smoke-filled battlefield.

The two continued walking forward until they arrived at a city filled with blood-red ruins.

"Dad! Mom! Where are you! Please save Xiao Hei!"

A child who looked to be only ten years old, covered in blood and dust, was holding a small dog whose legs had been blown off, and screaming desperately.

The puppy in his arms struggled incessantly, emitting painful groans.

After letting out one last pitiful yelp, the puppy fell completely still.

"Little Black!" the child cried out in despair, clutching the dog's corpse.

Suddenly, he noticed an apron stained with blood on the ground; it was a gift from his father to his mother.

He seemed to understand something, and stood there blankly.

When he saw the enemy flag planted on the high-rise building, an overwhelming hatred appeared on his young face.
