Chapter 61 Encountering the Third Person

After resting for a while, Coco, whose legs had fully recovered, was now holding Hera's arm and following closely behind her.

"Hera, what are we going to do now?"

"Looking for someone."

Who are you looking for?

"The other recruits."

"Hera, do you know where they are?"

"have no idea."

"Understood, we'll take it one step at a time."

Coco kept asking questions like she had a million whys, until she herself felt a little embarrassed.

Hera patiently answered all her questions.

The two walked and talked, and before they knew it, the sun had reached its zenith, shining directly on the earth.

"It's so hot~" Coco said, linking one arm with Hera's and wiping the sweat from her forehead with the other. "It's already autumn, why is it still so hot?"

"Hera, shall we go find some water?"

Hera stopped and looked at Coco, who looked distressed.

"What... um~" Coco had just opened her mouth to ask when Hera stuffed a candy into her mouth.

Feeling the sweet taste in her mouth, Coco felt much better and looked at Hera with even more gratitude.

"Thank you, Sister Hera!"

Hera nodded, then smelled a spot where the air was noticeably more humid, the smell of water.

Then he pulled Coco straight toward the water source.

"Hey, what's wrong, Hera? Have you spotted someone else?"

"We've found water."

"Really!" Upon hearing that Hera had found water, Coco, who had been being dragged along by Hera and was about to stagger, immediately perked up.

After the two emerged from the woods, they came to a relatively spacious area where a clear river flowed.

Upon seeing the river, Coco's eyes immediately lit up, and she let go of Hera's hand and rushed over.

"Yay!" Coco scooped up the river water and drank it in big gulps when she arrived at the riverbank.

As for diarrhea, that's not something she should worry about; that's something the instructors should worry about.

"Hey, Hera, why aren't you drinking?" Coco, who had almost finished drinking, turned around and suddenly noticed that Hera was standing there staring in one direction without moving, so she asked first.

"Han Xiaoxiao." The three words were slowly uttered from Hera's mouth.

"Xiao Xiao?" Coco followed Hera's gaze and saw Han Xiao Xiao, who had already noticed them, walking towards them.

"You're here too!" Coco was overjoyed. She never expected that the second person she met would also be someone she knew. She was so lucky.

Han Xiaoxiao walked over and nodded. "I was drinking water here when I suddenly heard a 'Yay!' from your side, so I looked over and saw the two of you."

"Oh, I see, haha..." Coco scratched her face awkwardly.

“But Hera seems to have already discovered me.” Then Han Xiaoxiao looked at Hera, who nodded.

"Oh, by the way, are you aware of our current situation?" Coco suddenly asked.

Han Xiaoxiao shook her head slightly. "I woke up here and found myself here. You are the only people I have seen here."

"You really are just like me." Coco sighed, then began to explain Han Xiaoxiao's current situation.

"In short, we are currently undergoing special training, and the instructors are training us."

Han Xiaoxiao nodded thoughtfully, "As expected... then how can we determine if the training is complete?"

"Uh... I don't know about that." Coco scratched her head awkwardly.

"So what should we do now? Go find someone else?"

“Yes, yes, yes!” Coco nodded repeatedly. “Hera and I were just looking for someone else.” She then looked at Hera, who had just finished drinking her water.

Hera looked at the two of them and nodded.

"So now we need to keep looking for others and form teams together," Coco continued.

Han Xiaoxiao, however, fixed her gaze on Hera, her expression somewhat complicated.

"Let's go." Hera walked over and led them to continue their search for others.

"Wait a minute." Han Xiaoxiao suddenly called out to Hera, and Hera and Coco turned around at the same time.

Han Xiaoxiao opened her mouth, just about to say something, when Hera stuffed a piece of fruit candy into her mouth as well.

Han Xiaoxiao was taken aback at first, but after tasting the sweetness in her mouth, she realized what was happening and thanked Hera, "Th...thank you."

"It's nothing. What were you trying to say?" Hera's voice remained emotionless; if it weren't for her pleasant voice, her words would have sounded incredibly strange.

"Um..." Han Xiaoxiao lowered her head and thought for a moment before finally speaking.

"You are a symbiotic with HeLa cells, right?"

Upon hearing this, Hera's body trembled slightly for some reason, and she herself did not know why she was trembling.

“Yes.” Hera nodded.

Han Xiaoxiao's left hand suddenly clenched, and her body began to tremble.

"Um, what's wrong?" Coco, who was standing to the side, noticed Han Xiaoxiao's unusual behavior.

Han Xiaoxiao did not respond to Coco's concern, but continued to ask Hera.

"Do you remember how you formed a symbiotic relationship with HeLa cells?" These words seemed to be forced out by Han Xiaoxiao.

“I don’t remember.” Hera shook her head.

"Don't you remember?" Han Xiaoxiao frowned, feeling incredulous.

Hera continued, "I've forgotten all my memories of what happened before I became symbiotic with HeLa cells, I don't even remember the language."
