After saying this, Qin Ze fell silent.

"You go first," Qin Ze said, gesturing with his lips.
"Do you remember when I visited your house? I was ten years old, it was at night," the girl asked, her bright eyes wide.
Qin Ze was taken aback, then nodded with a smile after a moment's thought: "Yes."
"I remember it very clearly, you came to challenge me late at night."
Upon hearing this, the girl's face flushed red: "Nonsense, what are you talking about, a tournament?"
"I'm not making this up. You insisted on fighting me, and I even got punched in the face by you." Qin Ze touched his left cheek, seemingly presenting evidence.
"That doesn't count, it was just for fun. Who told you to only have rudimentary skills back then?" the girl retorted.
Qin Ze didn't take it seriously and asked, "Why are you suddenly bringing this up?"

Qin Ze's brows furrowed as he mentally began to formulate a rebuttal.
But the girl continued, "After you went back to the house, I didn't leave. I talked with General Huwei alone in the garden for a long time. Before I left, he originally said that he wanted me to take a few words back with me, but then he thought about it and didn't say it."

Hearing this, Qin Ze finally understood why the girl had brought up this past event.

Just then, a crisp "snap" sounded.
The sword fell to the ground, and the girl was stunned. Her pushing hands stopped.
Qin Ze bent down and picked up the sword that had fallen from his body.
Then, he stood up, his smile fading, and solemnly addressed the girl:
"But there's something I feel I really need to make clear to you."
Faced with Qin Ze's sudden change from a smile to a solemn expression, the girl's heart skipped a beat. Knowing that what he was saying must be extremely important, she was momentarily at a loss for words: "Wh...what?"
