Von Palen strode to the table, and Gustav pulled out a chair for him.
Feng Palen glanced at him and casually asked:
"Long time no see, Gustav. Did you arrange everything in the army before coming to Salibia?"
Gustav immediately replied, "Yes, Your Majesty, everything is arranged."
Von Palen nodded slightly, then looked around and frowned, asking, "Where's Chik?"
Everyone looked at Gustav, who immediately replied, "Chik said he has military affairs to attend to and cannot leave."
“Can’t we just give it to Carlos? This is the twelfth anniversary celebration.” Von Palen’s brows remained furrowed.
Gustav lowered his gaze slightly and said, "That's what I told him too, but he..."
Before he could finish speaking, Feng Palen interrupted, "Well, he is indeed a very responsible man."

Upon hearing this, the generals nearby echoed his sentiments. Gustav silently sat back in his chair, while von Palen continued:
"It has been a long time since we have gathered in Salivia like this. On the occasion of this twelfth anniversary celebration, you proud people of the empire have come together here. I am very happy to see your familiar faces again."
As he spoke, he slowly swept his gaze across everyone's faces.
Everyone stood tall and proud, their faces beaming with pride.
Then von Paren continued, "Tomorrow is the last day of the year, and I will award you the Twelve Years of Honor Medal at the Royal Castle, which is a testament to our development from the Goertek Empire to the Delta Federation of today."
"And in the next twelve years, I hope that all of you here will be able to add another medal of honor."
Upon hearing this, Gustav's face lit up with excitement, and he quickly stood up and said, "Yes, Your Majesty!"
The others then stood up to acknowledge the gesture.
Von Palen then added, "Edelman is not in the country right now, and I will award him his Medal of Honor when he returns."
At this point, he turned to look at Gustav: "And Chick, he should get one too."

"Alright, let's not waste any more time and get started on today's meeting."
