Chapter 69 Lu Huailin's Arrival

Gu Yihan was the first to arrive at the office, and she took out her keys from her handbag to open the door.
I had just finished cleaning the office when Sister Li opened the door and came in.
Sister Li placed her handbag on the table and looked at Gu Yihan, saying, "Xiaohan, you're here quite early today."
Gu Yihan smiled and said to Sister Li, "It's my turn to clean today."

Sister Zhang and Liu Yang met at the entrance of the machinery factory and walked in together.

Liu Yang felt a pain in his leg just listening to this: "They're all broken? They got their revenge?"
Tang Jiaojiao rolled her eyes at Liu Yang and went straight back to her seat.

Since Liu Yang got married, Tang Jiaojiao realized she had been delusional and stopped speaking to him unless it was for work-related reasons.
Sister Li sighed, "Although Deputy Director Shen is the deputy director of the workshop, the production line is very busy, and I'm afraid he can't handle the position."

The mutated hamster was furious; that powerful mode was draining its mental energy.
A mechanical voice said, "The powerful mode will only activate when your life is in danger."
Gu Yihan muttered to herself, "How come everyone else's system has everything, but hers is so useless?"
"How many systems have you seen? I'm unique; you'll never find another one like me," the hamster in the space said, rolling its eyes.
"Don't you dare eavesdrop on my thoughts," Gu Yihan threatened.
The mutated hamster thought to itself, "You think I wanted to eavesdrop on your thoughts?"
"If it weren't for Gu Yihan suddenly recognizing the space as her master, I wouldn't have been bound to you."
The peaceful workdays passed quickly.
Today is Gu Yihan's 18th birthday. After getting off work, she walked to the gate of the machinery factory and saw a man in military uniform standing with Mao Mao in the distance.
Upon seeing Gu Yihan, Lu Huailin quickly walked to her side, took a lipstick out of his pocket, and handed it to Gu Yihan: "Happy birthday."
Gu Yihan took the lipstick and looked at Lu Huailin with a puzzled expression, asking, "How did you know it's my birthday today?"
Lu Huailin's eyes were filled with a smile: "Uncle Fu told me."
Gu Yihan then remembered that when she reported the spy last time, she had given a statement and provided her identity information.
Lu Huailin looked at her and said, "I'll treat you to dinner, and we'll talk."
Gu Yihan thought for a moment, then nodded and said, "Okay."
The two went to a state-run restaurant together and found a window seat. Gu Yihan stood by the window and watched over Mao Mao, telling it to stay there and not run around.
Lu Huailin asked the waiter for a braised pork, a shredded potato dish, and a pickled fish dish, and ordered a longevity noodle dish separately for Gu Yihan.
Seeing Gu Yihan's worried look, Lu Huailin said softly, "Mao Mao is very smart, she won't wander off."
Gu Yihan looked at Lu Huailin with a complicated expression and said, "Just speak normally, there's no need to deliberately speak in a low voice."

Lu Huailin understood Gu Yihan's meaning and immediately replied, "After I asked you last time, I went back and wrote a relationship report."
"I was planning to wait until you agreed after a while."
"I submitted the relationship report, but then I had an urgent mission, so I went on a mission. I came straight to you as soon as I got back."
Lu Huailin looked at Gu Yihan and continued, "So I didn't submit the relationship report before you agreed."
"I just wanted to confirm with you this time. If you agree, I will submit the marriage application directly."
Gu Yihan thought for a moment: "Do your parents agree to you marrying me?"
