Chapter 325 Hao Hao and Zhao Hu Fight
the next day
As if they had planned it beforehand, Lu Huailin, Zhao Xu, and Gao Guoqiang opened the courtyard gate together.
They exchanged a glance, and Gao Guoqiang noticed the dark circles under Zhao Xu's eyes. He chuckled and teased, "Old Zhao, you're really still going strong!"
"I just don't know if my back can take it?"
Zhao Xu glared at him and said irritably, "Do you think everyone is like you, with such abundant mental energy?"
Then, looking at Lu Huailin with a resentful expression, she complained, "Commander Lu, you've really screwed me over."
Lu Huailin looked at Zhao Xu in surprise and asked in confusion, "When did I trick you?"
"My wife is incredibly lazy now. At first, she wouldn't wash my underwear, and later she stopped washing my socks too."
"Now look what's happened, she won't wash my clothes anymore!"
Zhao Xu complained to Lu Huailin, "It's all your fault. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have ended up washing my own clothes."
"My wife said, either I should follow your example and cook every day, or I should do the laundry."
"I fought for a long time before she reluctantly agreed to let me only wash my own clothes."
Zhang Mei also wanted him to wash her and her eldest grandson's clothes.
"Who told you to be so diligent? My wife compares me to you every day."
As Lu Huailin walked, he glanced at Zhao Xu and said in a nonchalant tone, "Shouldn't you wash your own clothes?"
Upon hearing this, Zhao Xu thought for a moment, then moved closer to Lu Huailin, whispered in his ear, "Do you wash your own clothes too?"
Lu Huailin looked at him with a puzzled expression, not understanding what was so strange about complaining about washing clothes.
“We soldiers do a lot of physical activity. Our socks get worn out and smell terrible after wearing them all day. How can you let your aunt wash them for you?”
Gao Guoqiang and Zhao Xu, standing on either side of each other, exchanged a glance, chuckled, and said in unison, "Wash it yourselves."
Lu Huailin glanced at Zhao Xu, thinking that he was lazy and wanted to blame others.
He wasn't going to tolerate that, and said coldly, "Were you always naked before you married your aunt?"
"I still washed them myself. How come your ability to do laundry has deteriorated after getting married?"
Zhao Xu pursed his lips and remained silent.
He disagreed with Lu Huailin's statement.
He married a woman who wouldn't do laundry or cook.
Why marry them then?
On the other side
Hao Hao and Zhao Hu met when they went to the restroom during their break between classes.
"Haohao, take this!" Zhao Hu shouted and lunged at him.
Seeing this, Hao Hao nimbly dodged aside, but Zhao Hu's body couldn't stop in time and he fell to the ground with a "plop".
The little chubby hand covered its mouth and giggled.
Zhao Hu quickly got up and ran to Hao Hao.
He shouted, "You little traitor, you tattletale!"
Hao Hao looked at Zhao Hu with a puzzled expression and retorted, "We're good brothers, so we should share both good times and bad."
He would never admit to being a tattletale.
Zhao Hu was furious; he felt that Hao Hao had done it on purpose.
For a moment, neither of them would give in, and they started fighting without any strategy or method.
Although Hao Hao is young, he is quite strong. He fought Zhao Hu, who is more than a year older than him, to a standstill and did not suffer any loss.
Taking advantage of Zhao Hu's moment of exhaustion, he punched him in the face several times.
The two little guys didn't stop until other children called Teacher Wang over.
Teacher Wang was still quite angry when she saw the slight bruising on Zhao Hu's cheek. Although it wasn't serious, she was still very angry.
He dragged the two stubborn little kids into the office and picked up the phone to call their parents.
Gu Yihan was quite frightened when she received a call from the school teacher saying that Hao Hao had been in a fight, thinking that he was seriously injured.
I didn't have time to ask any more questions.
I hung up the phone and ran towards the gate of the courtyard.
Just then, Zhang Mei noticed Gu Yihan's hurried reaction and reminded her, "Xiaohan, the door isn't locked."
As Gu Yihan ran, she waved her hand and said, "Auntie, it's too late, I have to get to school right away."
Zhang Mei stared in surprise at Gu Yihan, who had already turned the corner, and muttered under her breath, "Could the kid fighting with that brat be Hao Hao?"
With that thought in mind, she slowly walked towards the school.
School Office
Gu Yihan strode in, greeted the teacher first, then turned and walked to Hao Hao's side, noticing that his little face was dirty.
There were no obvious injuries on his body.
My mind settled down.
When Teacher Wang saw Gu Yihan come in, she only cared about her own child.
His brows furrowed, and he said coldly, "Comrade Gu, Lu Chenhao went too far. Look, he's bruised Zhao Hu's face."
"Zhao Hu?"
Gu Yihan turned her head, thinking she had misheard, and quickly walked to Zhao Hu's side, who was looking down.
I squatted down and lifted his little head.
I saw faint bluish-purple marks on Zhao Hu's chubby cheeks.
He whispered, "Tiger, does it hurt?"
Zhao Hu glanced at Gu Yihan, puffed out his cheeks, and stubbornly said, "It doesn't hurt."
Upon hearing this, Gu Yihan's lips twitched involuntarily, and she whispered, "Tell your aunt, what was the reason you two were fighting?"
She quite liked the easygoing Zhao Hu and felt that the two kids wouldn't fight for no reason.
Teacher Wang felt relieved when she saw Gu Yihan speaking softly.
She was genuinely afraid of encountering unreasonable parents who would shift the blame onto the teachers without a word.
Zhao Hu looked at Gu Yihan with embarrassment, feeling too ashamed.
He had never beaten Hao Hao, who was a year younger than him.
Hao Hao saw that Zhao Hu was acting like a little girl, being shy and not saying a word.
She stepped forward, took Gu Yihan's hand, and said, "Mom, he hit me first, that's why I hit him back!"
Upon hearing this, Zhao Hu glared at him with his single eyelids and retorted, "You were the one who complained first, you tattletale!"
"That's not complaining, I'm helping you correct your mistakes!"
"You just want me to get beaten up."
"Mom, didn't you say that blowing up a latrine is wrong?"
Hao Hao dragged Gu Yihan into the mess.
He believes that good friends should be fair, just like he would secretly save half of his delicious food for Zhao Hu.
If he gets beaten up, he has to get beaten up too.
Although Hao Hao thought this way, he subconsciously felt that he couldn't say it out loud.
Gu Yihan looked at Hao Hao's innocent face and instantly felt a headache coming on.
I don't understand how he suddenly grew into a black dumpling.
"Oh, looks like you're not hurt." Zhang Mei arrived late, standing at the door with a smile.
Upon hearing Zhang Mei's voice, Zhao Hu jogged over, tilted his head back, and said aggrievedly, "Grandma, Hao Hao hit me!"
Upon hearing this, Zhang Mei slapped him on the head and said irritably, "You're so big, yet you can't beat Hao Hao, who's younger than you."
Turning to look at the stunned Gu Yihan, he smiled and said, "Boys' feelings are developed through fighting, so we parents don't need to interfere too much."
"In just a few days, the two kids will be like best buddies again."
Gu Yihan snapped out of her daze and nodded with a smile, agreeing, "These two kids have always gotten along well."
Seeing that she didn't need to intervene and that both sets of parents had already resolved the matter, Teacher Wang stood up.
She walked over to Hao Hao, took his little hand, and led him to Zhao Hu, saying softly, "Zhao Hu, it was wrong of you to hit Lu Chenhao first."
You need to apologize to him.
Zhao Hu glanced at Hao Hao, lowered his head, and said in a low, aggrieved voice, "I'm sorry."
Hao Hao thought for a moment, then stepped forward and took Zhao Hu's hand, his childish voice saying, "Brother Zhao Hu, I'm sorry."
"I shouldn't have told Uncle Zhao."
Really?
"You've admitted your mistake?"
Hao Hao looked at Zhao Hu with a serious expression on his young face and said earnestly, "Really."
Zhao Hu was instantly appeased, grinned silently, and held Hao Hao's hand in return, straightening his little body.
He said smugly, "I forgive you."
