Two young men, reeking of alcohol, staggered over. Bonnie didn't recognize them, but judging from their voices, they were probably their sons. Then one of them must be Gu Bei. Good heavens…
"Son, this shameless woman insulted me! Help me teach her a lesson! She doesn't know who she is, daring to say anything to anyone!" The hen-like voice urged her son to stand up for her and beat her to death.
Whose family members are these? They're a bunch of drags on the team. And yet they want to get promoted and make money? What a pipe dream!
"Fine, I'll teach her a lesson. Mom, give me some more money tomorrow, I've spent all of today's." This kid is taking the opportunity to ask for a reward; he's really a good-for-nothing.
"What? You've spent it all again? How much money do you have to spend...?"
Bonnie is getting a bit cold, so she quickly took the kids home. They're a bunch of idiots; if they stay too long, they might catch something.
"Stop right there. Did I say you could leave?"
He was just talking to his mother about money when he saw Bonnie leave. How could he not teach her a lesson? How could she have a reason to ask his mother for money?
He ran up to Bonnie and punched her.
"Auntie!"
"Mother!"
The children were surprised when the man started hitting them, and they instinctively shouted out.
Bonnie dodged lightly, grabbed his arm, and pulled him down, sending him sprawling to the ground.
"With just these two moves, you have the nerve to say that? Tsk tsk..."
The man lying on the ground was much more sober now. How could this woman be so strong? She threw him to the ground in one go. It hurt so much.
