"Mu Nanfang, you've really made a name for yourself, bullying a girl like that. Aren't you ashamed?"
Han Bei spoke with disdain, truly looking down on this kid, bullying a girl, what kind of behavior is that?
Mu Nanfang didn't expect to run into Han Bei. His aunt's family lived in the Air Force compound, and he often went there to visit. They weren't close, but they knew each other.
“We didn’t bully the girls. We just played together for a while. They were just timid, and we didn’t mean anything by it.”
But that girl just grabbed one of our men and threw him away; it doesn't make sense for her to just leave like that, does it?"
Mu Nanfang is the youngest in his family. He looks tall and strong, but he is only fifteen years old and in high school. He usually likes to go out and cause trouble with his friends.
"What, you're refusing to let the younger brother out because he's in the middle, and you still think you're right?"
If we don't go this way, what else do you want? Do you want to fight?
"Mu Nanfang, have you thought this through? You're in the wrong here, and this isn't like before. Fighting will affect your future."
Zheng Tao didn't say anything. He had only seen Mu Nanfang when he went to the Air Force compound with Han Bei, but he hadn't spoken to him.
"Ah! I forgot, you're in military academy now, you're soldiers of the people, you can't fight with ordinary people, I'm an ordinary person."
This kid has such a smug look on his face, it makes you want to grind your teeth in anger.
Gu Xuanyu didn't know Mu Nanfang. He didn't like wandering around and had never been to the Air Force compound.
“You blocked my brother from coming out. I warned you beforehand, but you ignored me. My sister had no choice. Let’s call it even.”
"Who do you think you are, to say we're even? I don't agree to that!"
Mu Nanfang didn't recognize Gu Xuanyu. He looked fair-skinned and clean-cut, like a weakling.
"Why are you talking so much nonsense? What do you want? Just draw a line, why are you babbling on and on?"
Liu Jiu was hungry and in a very bad mood.
"Hey, you little dark-skinned girl, you've got guts. I don't want anything in return, either apologize or we'll exchange a few blows."
Mu Nanfang knew that Han Bei and his group were military academy students and could not be easily attacked. This pretty boy didn't look like much.
"One-on-one fights, one round to decide the winner, whether you get injured or not, you have to bear the consequences yourself, you can't fight in groups."
Liu Jiu knew that a fight was inevitable today. They outnumbered each other, and if a fight broke out, Han Bei and the others would have to join in, which could easily violate discipline.
"Hey little black girl, you're not going to fight me, are you?"
Mu Nanfang laughed; this girl really had a big mouth.
"Why waste so much breath and talk nonsense if you're not going to say a word?"
Han Bei and the others wanted to say something, but Gu Xuanyu stopped them. He believed in Liu Jiu's strength, and even Han Bei might not be her match.
Most importantly, Liu Jiu was hungry and in a bad mood.
"Han Bei, she brought this on herself, don't say I'm bullying her. If you win, you can leave; if you lose, apologize to me."
"Alright, stop nagging. You're really going to become something else."
Han Bei had no choice. There were too many people today, and a group fight was not an option, as it could easily get out of control. For now, everyone had to keep a low profile.
"I'm going to change my shoes. I'll wait in the open space ahead."
Liu Jiu turned and left; he talked too much nonsense.
Once everyone arrived at the open space, they split into two camps.
Liu Jiu and her group were together, while the group from the Air Force compound was together; they were clearly separated.
"Hey girl, I'm asking you one last time, no regrets?"
Liu Jiu looked at the boy who was a head taller than him and thought he was talking too much nonsense. Without saying a word, he launched the first attack.
"Are you serious? Don't blame me if you cry later."
Mu Nanfang, having been kicked by Liu Jiu, dared not be careless anymore; this dark-skinned girl was quite capable.
The two fought fiercely, exchanging blows. Both came from military compounds and had similar training methods, so it was a battle of wits to see who could prevail.
Mu Nanfang had a height advantage, was three years older than Liu Jiu, and had a lot of fighting experience.
Although Liu Jiu is not tall, she is strong, agile, and has a lot of fighting experience.
The two exchanged blows, each throwing a punch and a kick, their strength evenly matched.
Liu Jiu had figured out the opponent's tactics and seized the opportunity.
He leaped up, landing a kick on the opponent's knee with one foot and then kicking out with the other.
Mu Nanfang was stunned after falling to the ground. How did he get kicked? And this dark-skinned girl was really strong. Half of his body was numb.
"Can we go now?"
Liu Jiu looked unwell; she was starving.
"You've made a bet, so you can leave now."
Liu Jiu turned and left; she was going to eat.
"Hey, little black girl, what's your name?"
Liu Jiu didn't even turn around, too lazy to pay him any attention.
"Six Nine, there's a place to eat nearby, come on right away."
Gu Xuanyu urged them to hurry up, as Liu Jiu was hungry.
Upon arrival, they immediately ordered food. Only after a few bites of mutton did Liu Jiu feel alive again.
"Eat slowly, or your stomach will feel uncomfortable."
Gu Xuanyu kept an eye on Liu Jiu, not letting her eat too fast, lest it upset her stomach.
"Liu Jiu, you've improved. I'm not even sure I can beat you now."
Han Bei had observed carefully. Although they were military academy students and couldn't easily resort to violence, they couldn't just sit idly by if Liu Jiu suffered a loss today. Gu Xuanyu's intervention indicated that the situation wasn't too serious.
"Really? I haven't had a match with anyone in a long time either. I had a lot of fun today."
Liu Jiu hasn't met a good opponent in a long time; Zheng Jun is no longer on the same level as her.
“That’s impressive. When you’re a little older, Uncle Gu can take you to train with their team. You’ll definitely improve even more.”
Han Bei and his classmates had sparring sessions at the military academy, which was very good for their development.
"Yes, my dad says I'm still young, and I'll wait another two years."
Gu Ye had indeed said that if his daughter liked it, she could practice, but not now, because the child was too young and easily injured.
