Chapter 365 Rejection

"Gu Feng seems to have changed a lot, which makes people feel uncomfortable."

Bonnie felt that Gu Feng used to be a bit arrogant, and the couple looked down on her, the daughter of an island fisherman.

“In the past, his grandfather would protect him in everything. Now that he’s gone, he’s forgotten about him. Who’s going to pamper him anymore? The contrast is too great. He can’t adjust to it, so he’s bound to be conflicted.”

Gu Ye was quite fortunate, because he had relied mostly on his own efforts to get where he was; otherwise, he would have ended up like Gu Feng.

"Wife, thank you for being with me all the way. You've shown me that I have a place to go back to, a place where I can relax."

"Go easy on me, you're going to strangle me!"

Bonnie patted Gu Ye, wondering what was wrong with him, hugging her with such force.

"I'm getting a little excited, honey. It's so good to have you!"

Bonnie felt her face getting a little hot, but thankfully her skin tone was quite dark, so the blush wasn't noticeable.
