Chapter 384 Six Nine Beats People

Bonnie was seething with anger. "You, Sun Juxiang, when I asked you, you denied it to the death. Now, let's see what you have to say."

Bonnie stormed into the family compound, not going directly to the Shen family. She wanted to see what they would say after the military's punishment was handed down.

Bonnie was secretly waiting to see what would happen. At school, after school, Sanqi found Liujiu's class.

"Sis, come out for a second."

"Teacher, my brother is looking for me."

Sixty-nine raised his hand; the teacher was giving a lesson.

"Go, and come back quickly."

The teacher also saw the boy at the door; it turned out to be Gu Yun Chu's younger brother.

"So, have you found out yet?"

"Don't you even know who I, Gu Xuanming, am? Here's the list. I only looked for junior high school students; I didn't look for elementary school students."

I'm not sure I can beat them. It's a bit unfair for you to fight elementary school kids; it's letting them off easy.

The rules for using Sanqi (a traditional Chinese medicine) are quite strict. It's all for boys, and the mothers and grandmothers of those boys are the ones who talk about it the most enthusiastically.

"Alright, you should go home now and cook some good food. Fighting takes up a lot of energy."

Liu Jiu took the list, glanced at it, and saw only five or six names.

Sanqi waved and left. He had no use for his skills, so he decided to go home and cook for his sister.

"Ringling..."

As soon as the bell rang, Liu Jiu grabbed her packed schoolbag and dashed out. The teacher thought that Gu Yun Chu was in a hurry to go to the toilet.

"Second brother, can you hold my schoolbag for me? I have to go first."

"Gu Yun Chu, where are you going? Wait for me!"

Xuan Yi, carrying two schoolbags, couldn't catch up with Liu Jiu at all; she had already disappeared from sight.

How could Liu Jiu not be anxious? She went to wait at the school gate, otherwise, once the boys had all gone home, she couldn't chase them to their houses to beat them up.

The boys on the list are all from the compound; I know them all, some are in the first year of junior high, some are in the second year.

"Zhao Shengli, Wang Qiang, you two come here for a moment. And Zhang Weibing, Li Haiyang, you two come here too. Where are Qu Wu and Lin Dali?"

Liu Jiu looked for a long time, but there were still two missing.

"Gu Yun Chu, what do you need us for? I'm hungry and want to go home for dinner."

Zhao Shengli is also in the first year of junior high school. He is the most enthusiastic eater, but his academic performance is basically at the bottom.

"I have something to discuss with you, let's go over there and talk."

Two less is fine, she couldn't wait any longer, she was hungry too.

Liu Jiu walked ahead, followed by several boys, as they headed towards the family compound.

When they reached a bend, Liu Jiu stopped.

"I've come to you today because the women in your family have been gossiping about my family. As a junior, I can't lay a hand on my elders, so you, as their sons and grandsons, will do it for me."

Whether the four of you come at me together, or you fight one by one, I'm fine with it.

I think we should go together. I'm hungry too, and I need to finish playing early so I can go home for dinner.

Liu Jiu's words were extremely insulting. They were all fourteen or fifteen-year-old boys, how could they not be provoked? They threw down their schoolbags and rushed over.

Liu Jiu is ready to fight, ready to accept any challenge.

The boys all grew up in military compounds, and fighting was commonplace for them. However, compared to someone like Liu Jiu, who consistently practiced morning exercises and possessed immense strength, they were no match.

Within a few rounds, someone was knocked down and couldn't get up for a long time.

After the first one, the second one didn't last long either, and was kicked to the ground. Liu Jiu's fighting skills were not low; ordinary soldiers couldn't do anything to her.

All four boys were knocked down, their bodies aching and their hearts filled with resentment. They had been implicated and hadn't expected Gu Yun Chu to be such a formidable fighter.

"Alright, everyone, I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do. You'll have to take the blame for your mothers. If you don't want me to challenge you again, tell the women in your families to keep their mouths shut and not talk nonsense."

Liu Jiu swaggered away, leaving the four boys lying on the ground speechless with grief. It really hurt so much!

"Liu Jiu, where have you been? I've been looking for you for ages. How did you run away so fast?"

Gu Xuanyi, with two schoolbags hanging around his neck, was panting heavily as he ran.

"I didn't do anything, just sparred with a few classmates and stretched my muscles."

Liu Jiu took her schoolbag. Gu Xuanyi's physique is really not good. He exercises every morning and is still panting like this. He's doing all this for nothing.

Gu Xuanyi had no idea that Liu Jiu was complaining about him in his heart. After a while, he followed Liu Jiu home.

When Sanqi saw his sister, he looked her up and down, but nothing seemed amiss. Had he failed to stop her, or had his sister's fighting skills increased again?

"Is dinner ready? I'm starving. I did a lot of exercise today."

Upon hearing this, Sanqi realized that the fight was over and he hadn't been injured at all. His sister was truly amazing!

Bonnie didn't notice anything amiss. As soon as Sanqi came back, she started rummaging through drawers and cupboards to prepare something delicious. Without Bonnie even asking, the menu was already ready.

The aroma of food wafted out from the Gu family's house before the four boys helped each other back to the family compound.

"You got into a fight. Why are you fighting every day? Your clothes are all dirty now."

Mothers are always nagging, while fathers think boys should be tough and that fighting is no big deal since it won't hurt them.

The families of the four boys reacted similarly; the four boys felt utterly innocent, as they were the ones being implicated.

"Alright, the reason I got beaten up is because you guys do nothing but gossip all day. What did Gu Yun Chu's family do to deserve this, that she came to spar with us?"

"Gu Yunchu, when did I gossip about Gu Yunchu's family? Besides, whose family is Gu Yunchu anyway?"
