After viewing the house, Bonnie and Gu Ye didn't go home. Liu Jiu and the others went to study English, and Xiang Dajie was preparing meals at home. The couple rarely had the opportunity to go out, so they planned to have a good date.
When Liu Jiu and the others arrived home in the afternoon, only Aunt Xiang was home; her parents were nowhere to be seen.
"Aunt Xiang, have my parents still not come back?"
After putting down their schoolbags, Liu Jiu and her friends finished eating at Teacher Zhai's house, rested for a while, did some exercises, and then headed to the training ground.
“Our parents have decided to go on a date, just like in foreign movies, watching a movie, having a candlelight dinner, and strolling down the street together.”
Sanqi and the others watched an English-language movie today, and it was quite impressive.
His sister was the funniest; when she saw intimate scenes between men and women on screen, she instinctively raised her hand to cover her eyes. This made Teacher Zhai laugh out loud, saying that his sister was really cute.
"Your parents said they'd be home for dinner tonight. Is there anything you'd like to eat?"
I asked the older sister about the children. She said that even though they finally had a break, they still had to study hard and it must be tiring.
"Aunt Xiang, I want to eat that pancake from last time, rolled with the shredded cabbage you made. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water."
Sanqi doesn't like dishes with strong flavors; she prefers lighter flavors, without too many seasonings but also not bland.
"You're such a good eater, Aunt Xiang. Just stir-fry some cabbage for him."
Liu Jiu felt that San Qi was too fussy. He thought that as long as the food was cooked and the seasoning was just right, that would be enough. Why did he have to explain it in detail?
Sister Xiang looked after the children, and it was wonderful. If her grandson could be half as worry-free as Liu Jiu and the others, she would be content.
"Okay, let's have the dishes from 3:7 for dinner. If Liu Jiu and Xuan Yi want anything to eat, Aunt Xiang will make it for you."
"Just eat the one that Sanqi mentioned, I like to eat it too."
Sylphy isn't too picky about food; as long as it tastes good, he's fine with it.
Liu Jiu had already gone back to her room to study, and Gu Xuanyi didn't say anything either, as he also had to study.
Sanqi wasn't in such a hurry, so he went with Aunt Xiang to learn the trade.
While Liu Jiu and the others were engrossed in their studies, Mu Nanfang, looking at his second brother in the Air Force compound, frowned. "Is it really necessary for him to come along?" he thought.
"Mu Beifang, are you really going to do this? You won't regret it?"
"I'm just going for a stroll and maybe meet your friends."
Mu Beifang was incredibly curious. Which fairy had managed to take care of his third son, Mu Laosan? He had always wanted to know. He had been in seclusion at school doing experiments, and now that he was finally out, he needed to give his brain a rest.

"No, I don't know the guy who beat you up so badly."
Mu Nanfang could stand up to his father and his eldest brother, and at worst get beaten up, but he was powerless against his second brother.
Seeing that the time was almost up, Mu Nanfang didn't have time to waste with his second brother. He figured he could just go along with him; he knew his limits and wouldn't say anything inappropriate.
On the training field, Liu Jiu was already there. She felt she had improved after sparring with Mu Nanfang several times. Mu Nanfang had also improved considerably, and the two of them could spar for a while.
"Southern, why are you only arriving now? Sister Liu Jiu has been here for ages! Oh dear, Second Brother Mu, have you finished your secluded cultivation?"
Zheng Jun didn't expect that Brother Mu would come along. He was a research talent, but his combat skills were not as good as Zheng Jun's.
“Zheng Jun, you’re getting more and more talkative. I just finished yesterday and went home to rest.”
Mu Beifang came here with a purpose today and didn't say much to Zheng Jun. He had just heard something about "Six-Nine Sister" and didn't know which one it was.
"Mu Nanfang, let's practice obstacle course today, and then practice together next week. You can take a break too."
Even when Liu Jiu is being very careful during sparring with Mu Nanfang, he still manages to hit him a few times. From now on, sparring once a week will allow him to recover from his injuries.
"Okay, I'm fine, but it would be nice to have a week off."
Mu Nanfang breathed a sigh of relief; he was still in some pain.
"Nanfang, won't you introduce your friend to me?"
Mu Beifang has found the real culprit: the little girl who beat Mu Laosan black and blue. She's grown up and looks incredibly energetic.
"Gu Yun Chu, this is my second brother, Mu Beifang. He is very curious about who defeated me."
Mu Nanfang explained helplessly, but he had to, because he was afraid his second brother would deliberately speak recklessly.
"Greetings, Brother Mu! Are you here to spar as well?"
Liu Jiu felt that Mu Nanfang's second brother seemed a bit weak; could he be some kind of hidden master?
"Cough cough..."
Mu Beifang almost choked on his own saliva. He wasn't Mu Nanfang, who was eager to get beaten up.
Mu Nanfang was secretly delighted as he looked at his second brother. "Let me tell you, are you as curious as Liu Jiu as other girls?"
"Um, Gu Yun Chu, I'm not here to spar, I'm just here for a stroll."
Mu Beifang never expected that such a pretty young girl would be thinking about sparring every day.
Seeing the terrified expression on Mu Nanfang's second brother's face, Liu Jiu didn't think much of it. This wasn't some reclusive master; he was just someone with a weaker constitution.
"Mu Nanfang, let's go practice. I want to see if I can shorten my time a little more."
Liu Jiu has been practicing obstacle course running for the past week and feels she has made some progress, but she hasn't had a formal test yet.
"Come on, let me test you. I'll run a few more times with you later."
Mu Nanfang, carrying a timer, went to the obstacle course training ground with Liu Jiu, followed by Mu Beifang, Zheng Jun, and Xu Yi.
After the June 9th event was over, Mu Nanfang stood at the starting line, holding a timer and looking at the June 9th event.
"Are you ready? Start the timer."
As soon as Mu Nanfang gave the command, Liu Jiu rushed out.
