After a hearty meal, the four continued to work until they had filled the four backpacks and three sacks they had brought with them, and then they went down the mountain satisfied.
It was time to get off work when we arrived at the Song family compound. Song Hao, Bai Qingxia and the others had also arrived. Yang Lifen was washing vegetables by the well, Bai Qingxia was collecting clothes, and the two elders, Qi Mo, were watering the vegetable patch. They were all busy with their own things, and the scene was warm and harmonious.

They entered through the back door and went directly into the backyard.

Song Yun turned and ran back, shouldering her backpack. She didn't bring her first aid kit; she had left it at the military headquarters. She only had a needle kit and an aluminum lunch box in her bag, filled with alcohol, cotton wool, tweezers, and some basic medicine.
As for the medicines she made herself, she kept them in the storage compartment. If she needed them, she could move them out of the storage compartment under the cover of her shoulder bag.
When Song Hao brought Song Yun and others to Liu Tieniu's house, there were already many people gathered there. Xiaopeng was lying beside his unconscious parents, crying heart-wrenchingly.
"Make way, Song Zhiqing, please move out of the way." Someone shouted, and everyone immediately made way.
Song Yun quickly walked to the center of the crowd. Liu Tieniu's family was carried into the yard. Four adults and a fifteen-year-old child were all lying on a torn mat. Their bodies twitched from time to time and white foam kept coming out of their mouths.

Song Yun reached into her bag and actually took out a paper box from the storage compartment. The box contained her homemade pills.
"These are the emetic pills I made. Take two each." Song Yun gave the pills to Ji Yuanhui and Si Fengnian and said to Captain Liu, "Uncle Liu, have someone fetch a bucket of well water. Once they've vomited everything, give them some water."
A few minutes after taking the emetic pill, the whole family started vomiting violently.
