"Tiedan, come home!" Lin Yu had no choice but to shout at him.
Tie Dan refused to go home; he wanted to go play with his friends.
Xiao Bao was held in Lin Yu's arms, looking at them longingly.
Lin Yuxin softened again, "Fine, let's not go home. Xiaobao, I'll take you to find Tiedan to play."
Xiao Bao clapped his hands and happily kissed Lin Yu.
Lin Yu chuckled, "Good boy."
Little did they know that someone's eyes had been fixed on them the whole time. Seeing the child kiss the person he had never kissed, he felt a pang of sadness.
Lin Yu took Xiao Bao to the riverbank and saw several children splashing in the water.
"You're doomed, Tiedan. Your mom won't let you play by the river. You're definitely going to get a beating tonight."
Tie Dan froze, standing in the water pleading with Lin Yu, "Auntie, please, don't tell my mother."
Lin Yu shook her head. "That won't work unless you get up right now."
Tie Dan quickly came out from the riverbank.
The other children looked at each other, afraid that Lin Yu would tell their parents, so they all got up.
Lin Yu walked around them with her hands behind her back, and Xiao Bao followed her.
"Why are you guys playing by the river?"
Xiao Bao chimed in, "River, play?"
Tie Dan pouted, "I want to catch fish."
Lin Yu raised an eyebrow. "Are there fish in the river?"
Xiao Bao: "There's fish?"
Tie Dan nodded, "We just met Grandpa Zhang, he caught a fish."
Lin Yu: "You saw others catching fish, so you wanted to catch them yourself?"
Xiao Bao: "Scratching?"
The children nodded in unison, "Yes."
Lin Yu shook her head. "You're all still young and don't have the strength to catch fish."
"Let me handle this."
Tie Dan thought she was going to say she'd call an adult next time, but instead she said she wanted to catch him?
"Auntie, you know how to catch fish?"
Lin Yu thought it shouldn't be too difficult, so she found a large tree branch and sharpened the end to a point.
"I'm going into the water, but you're not allowed to go in. Just stay up here and watch. Tiedan, watch over Xiaobao."
Tie Dan took Xiao Bao's hand and said, "Okay, Auntie."
Lin Yu patted the children's heads, rolled up her trousers, and went into the water.
