Chapter 474 Extra: Primal Plane 7

About half an hour later, Ali finally stopped: "Qingqing, we're here."

"Oh my God, we've finally arrived!" Xia Qingqing couldn't help but exclaim, and jumped off the tiger's back in a daze.

After she came down, Ali immediately transformed back into human form. Seeing her like this, he asked with some concern, "Qingqing, what's wrong? Are you alright?"

"It's nothing, it's just that I'm not used to it," Xia Qingqing rubbed her face to clear her head.

"Is the prey nearby?"

Ali nodded: "Yes, let's go to the river first and see if we're lucky enough to find prey drinking water there."

"Then let's go quickly," Xia Qingqing urged.

Ali, a little worried, instructed, "Qingqing, things might get a bit chaotic later. Stand back and be careful."

"Don't worry, I'll be careful," Xia Qingqing said with a smile.

Suddenly, Abao, who was standing to the side, squeezed over and said excitedly, "Auntie is amazing, even more amazing than Dad, she does this and that..."

Because he was still young, he couldn't express himself very clearly, so Ali patted his head perfunctorily and said, "Okay, okay, Dad knows."

"Hmph, Dad doesn't believe me. Auntie is really amazing," Abao pouted unhappily.

Xia Qingqing smiled and pinched his little face: "Thank you for the compliment, Abao. Auntie is very happy."

The group quietly made their way to the riverbank, but they arrived at an inopportune time; there was only a lone bison drinking water there.

Seeing that Ali and the others had no intention of taking any action, Xia Qingqing asked in confusion, "Ali, why don't you catch this wild buffalo first?"

“This might alert other prey, so it’s not worth it,” Ali explained.

"I see".

Xia Qingqing and Ali lay quietly in the grass, waiting. The bison had already finished drinking and left. She thought other animals would come soon, but she didn't expect to wait for more than half an hour.

Xia Qingqing was getting drowsy waiting, while Abao and Abei were even more restless, as if they were covered in lice.

"Ah Bao, hunting is so boring, I wish I hadn't come," Ah Bei said, puffing out her cheeks in disdain.

Abao nodded in agreement, rolled his eyes, and whispered, "I think so too. How about we sneak out to play?"

Upon hearing this, Abe immediately glanced at her father not far away and frowned, saying, "I don't want to get spanked."

"No, we'll call Auntie along, Dad definitely won't dare hit us," Abao said with a grin.

Although he was young, he was quick-witted and had already discerned Xia Qingqing's status in the tribe.

The two little ones quietly tossed a small stone at Xia Qingqing, trying to get her attention, but they clearly underestimated Ali's keen senses.

Ali stared at his two sons with a serious expression, his eyes revealing a sharp edge: "If you dare to cause trouble again, wait till we get back and see how I deal with you."

"No, Dad, we were wrong," Abao obediently admitted his mistake.

Although he always instigates mischief, he's always the first to admit his mistakes.

Poor Abe always foolishly followed his brother around, never learning his lesson even after being scolded.

"Shh, it's coming," Xia Qingqing suddenly made a shushing gesture.

Ali forgot all about disciplining his son and immediately lay back down on the ground, poised to pounce.

Sure enough, within two minutes, a herd of wild deer came running toward the river.

The herd of wild deer was very cautious, probably because they had been attacked more than once before. But even knowing there was danger, they still came to the river to drink. It was just a matter of who could run the fastest when danger struck.

Ali saw the wild deer drinking water, suddenly transformed into his beast form and rushed out, and the other beastmen followed suit.

Not to be outdone, the two little guys, Abao and Abei, excitedly followed at the back of the group. The adult wild deer were still a bit too big for them, but they could handle a fawn without any problem.

Seeing the wild deer fall one by one in the distance, Xia Qingqing didn't feel any pity. This world is a world where the strong prey on the weak.

A barrage of ice arrows shot towards the fleeing deer, killing five or six in the blink of an eye.

Seeing that the number was about right, Xia Qingqing stopped making any moves. She couldn't wipe them out all at once; she needed to pursue a path of sustainable development.

After the battle, the beastmen stared wide-eyed at the dozen or so wild deer piled up beside Xia Qingqing.

"The goddess is amazing. She killed so many wild deer. She's even more powerful than the clan chief."

"Isn't that obvious? Of course the goddess is powerful."

"I wonder if the goddess accepts disciples. I really want to become her disciple and learn divine arts."

"You're dreaming. Even the clan leader hasn't learned divine arts. If it were possible, you wouldn't be the one to learn them."

A group of orcs discussed amongst themselves as they washed the bloodstains from their hunting activities into the river.

Abao and Abei excitedly ran to Xia Qingqing to share the good news: "Auntie, I caught a fawn! Isn't that amazing?"

"Super amazing! Abao and Abei are both little warriors!" Xia Qingqing smiled and pinched their cheeks, expressing her praise without reservation.

Because of the recent battle, the riverbank reeked of blood, and no animal dared to come and drink.

So Ali decided not to waste any more time here and prepared to head home.

This time, Xia Qingqing refused to ride on Ali's tiger back again.

"Ali, you guys go first, I can go back by myself."

Ali had no objection to this. He had witnessed Xia Qingqing's strength firsthand and was not worried at all that she might be in danger.

Xia Qingqing looked at the two little ones with their wet hair: "Abao and Abei, do you want to come with me?"

"Yes," came the two voices in unison.

Ali smiled and shook his head: "Be a good girl and listen to the goddess, okay? Then we'll be going now."

The next instant, a group of tigers charged wildly toward their territory.

Abao looked up at Xia Qingqing and asked, "Auntie, how are we going to get back?"

Xia Qingqing smiled and took out the hovercar from the system warehouse: "Let's take the car back."

"Wow, what is this?"

"It can actually float in the air, how amazing."

The two little ones were amazed, and when they got into the hovercar with Xia Qingqing, they were even more astonished, their mouths agape.

What would normally take Ali and his group more than half an hour to cover by running at full speed, the hovercar covered in just a few minutes.

So when Ali and his friends returned to their territory, they saw the orcs guarding the territory cleaning up their prey, while the two little cubs, Abao and Abei, were showing off to their friends how amazing the vehicle they had just ridden in was.

"It's so fast, I can still see my father and the others from heaven."

"Yes, Dad and the others run very slowly, and we overtook them in no time."

The kids all gathered around Xia Qingqing, clamoring to see what a car that could fly looked like.
