When he brought the fish over, Yun Huaying caught it and thanked him: "You caught this fish. If you don't mind my cooking skills, come over to dinner with me tonight."
"Your cooking is delicious."
Of course Han Zheng would not refuse her invitation.
Yun Huaying thought about the food he had sent her yesterday and was planning to prepare some return gifts. She casually asked, "Who else is in your family?"
She suddenly asked about his family, and Han Zheng answered seriously, "I have a big family. My grandparents are still alive. My dad has three siblings, and he's the second oldest. My parents had three sons and one daughter, and I'm the second oldest. I have an older brother who's less than two years older than me, and I have a pair of twin brothers and sisters."
"Do you all live here?" Yun Huaying pointed to a small earthen brick house not far away.
"No." Han Zheng shook his head and told her, "Only grandpa lives here. Due to some special reasons, our family is scattered all over the place. My parents are in Jinling, and my grandma and my uncle's family are in Gangcheng, a nearby province."
Yun Huaying didn't ask much about their family's private affairs. She had just asked because she wanted to know how many relatives he had in the Dongjiang Brigade. Now that she knew, she made arrangements: "Since it's just you and your grandfather at home, don't cook tonight. Han Zheng's lips curled slightly: "We agreed before that I would treat you to a meal after we get to Yang County."

Yun Huaying casually pulled up some tough water plants by the river, skewered the fish, and prepared to carry them home. She thanked him again, "Thank you. You should go back and change your pants."
Looking at her leaving back, the smile in Han Zheng's eyes deepened. He put on the clothes thrown on the ground, quickly picked up a load of river water, and followed her.
