Chapter 22: Don’t Fall to Death (1/2)

Chen Tiedan took out some rotten eggs and threw them at Xiao's mother, who immediately became smelly.

Aunt Xiao's face changed and she hurried to stop them. The clothes were fine, but Xiao's mother was stinking.

"Who are you calling a rotten hoof?" The person who said this was not the always gentle and kind Father Xiao.

Bai Jiaojiao was startled by the sudden voice and thought it was the middle-aged version of Xiao Zhou.

Chen Tiedan burst into tears: "She is a rotten hoof. I don't like her. She is so dirty. My mother said she rolls in the mud all day long."

Father Xiao helped Mother Xiao up and glanced at Aunt Xiao with a cold look. She hurriedly said, "Child, don't talk nonsense. I was just joking. And that name was used by other people. I don't know why Tiedan remembered it."

He looked at his own son again and poked his head fiercely: "Tiedan, apologize to your uncle and the others quickly."

"I'm sorry, uncle." Chen Tiedan admitted his mistake quickly.

Father Xiao was obviously about to get angry, but Mother Xiao's clothes were covered with rotten egg liquid, so she quickly got rid of it.

Bai Jiaojiao said, "Dad, go take Mom to fix it first, I'll ask clearly."

"Yes." Father Xiao nodded. He didn't expect his daughter-in-law to do anything, but he heard a loud noise before he stepped out of the door. He turned around and saw that his daughter-in-law had kicked a chair and broke it. She picked up a piece of wood and pointed it at the six-year-old child.

Father Xiao was a little scared. Why did he feel that his daughter-in-law was going to kill someone? This was against the law.

But seeing that Xiao's mother was confused and scared, and her hair was stained with rotten eggs, he thought that Xiao Zhou was still here and would be fine, so he took his wife to the pond behind to wash.

Aunt Xiao's kind expression suddenly collapsed. Seeing that the splinters on the wood were about to hit her son, she shouted, "What are you doing! Let me go!"

Bai Jiaojiao pointed the wood at Aunt Xiao, almost stabbing her in the face with the splinter.

"You don't know how to educate your son, so I'll teach him for you. Otherwise, if you go out and call him a rotten hoof, people will think you have one at home."

Aunt Xiao understood immediately and looked unhappy: "Bai Jiaojiao, I am your elder..."

Before she could finish her words, the wood came closer to her, and the thorns were about to hit her face.

Chen Tiedan, who was frightened on the ground, wanted to run away when he saw that something was wrong. Bai Jiaojiao shouted, "Xiaozhou."

The man, who had been silent the whole time, just grabbed Chen Tiedan by the back of his collar.

"Let me go!"

Bai Jiaojiao pointed the wooden spike at Chen Tiedan again, and he stopped moving immediately. His face turned red because he couldn't breathe due to being held up.

"Tell me, who taught you that? Was it your mother?"

"Mom, save me!" Chen Tiedan shouted loudly.

Maybe because she loved her son too much, the originally afraid Aunt Xiao actually rushed over. She was a country woman, much stronger than Bai Jiaojiao, and was not afraid of losing the fight at all.

But before he could get close, he was kicked in the stomach and had to fall to the ground.

Bai Jiaojiao was startled. His reaction speed and kicking strength were amazing. She couldn't help but glance at the man who kicked her. The latter had an innocent expression.
