Chapter 23 Dreaming of Us Together (2/2)

After eating and drinking in the evening, she stared at the snow outside in a daze, wondering when she could go to Chenjia Village again.

She asked Xiao's father, and he said that there were no other relatives in Chenjia Village except Aunt Xiao. Now that they have fallen out, they probably won't have any contact with each other in the future.

Xiao Yueyue was sitting next to her, also looking at the snow. She had two pigtails, one big and one small.

"Jiaojiao." A man's voice suddenly sounded behind me, with a hint of tenderness and affection.

Bai Jiaojiao froze and pretended not to hear.

Someone sat down on the other side.

"I see that you seem to be worried about something. What are you thinking about?" Xiao Zhou asked casually.

Bai Jiaojiao didn't know if she could tell him. It should be possible, but no one would believe it if she told him about this kind of thing.

Before she could say anything, Xiao Zhou asked, "Last time you woke up, you suddenly mentioned Chenjia Village. Is there something wrong?"

Bai Jiaojiao was shocked by his sharpness. She glanced at Xiao Yueyue, thinking that the little girl was autistic, but she was afraid that she would think too much after hearing what she heard, so she pulled Xiao Zhou to the back door.

"Actually, I had a dream. I dreamed of..." It was New Year's Day, so it was not good to talk about that kind of thing. Bai Jiaojiao paused and found a better description: "Some unlucky things, which seemed to be related to Chenjia Village."

Xiao Zhou frowned slightly, then quickly relaxed: "It was just a dream. Jiaojiao's dream might have been about Aunt Xiao. Now she has been taught a lesson, and nothing bad will happen again."

Bai Jiaojiao: "I just feel uneasy. Mom is afraid of Chen Dawei. I feel that the dream should be related to Chen Dawei."

She felt that her logic didn't make sense at all. It was not safe for her to solve the problem on her own. Only if she could get the big villain Xiaozhou to take action could it be guaranteed to be foolproof.

"Okay, I'll go check on that guy Chen Dawei." Xiao Zhou raised his hand and lightly stroked the back of her neck, pulling her close to him without making her uncomfortable, with fireworks in his eyes.

"You dreamed about him, but have you dreamed about me?" he asked.

Bai Jiaojiao hummed: "Of course I dreamed about it."

Xiao Zhou curled his lips slightly and said softly, "Jiao Jiao, I often dream about you too."

Bai Jiaojiao was curious.

Xiao Zhou also looked at her, with a blush spreading from his ears to his cheeks.

"I dreamed of us being together, very passionate, very active."

"It was indeed just a dream." Bai Jiaojiao pouted with red cheeks, feeling embarrassed.

The man's smile suddenly froze, and his eyes became a little cold and very deep.

Bai Jiaojiao was about to leave when she raised her neck slightly and touched the man's palm.

As if turning on some kind of switch, his other large hand firmly grasped her waist and brought her into the man's arms.

“It’s not a dream, it’s our future.”

"It could also be present."

He lowered his head and took a deep breath of her unique fragrance, and his mood improved a little, but the suppressed darkness grew bigger and bigger, and he just wanted to hold her tightly.

"Xiaozhou..."

Bai Jiaojiao blinked and looked at him, with a rare gentleness: "If you think about it one day and still think it's the same, then I won't reject you."

Xiaozhou's desire to restore his memory reached its peak.

Bai Jiaojiao felt a little guilty and made false promises for him again.

She rubbed her head against the man's shoulder and closed her eyes, not wanting him to look into her guilty eyes, nor daring to look into his eyes.

She didn't need to look to know that his gaze was scorching and burning. She wanted to believe him wholeheartedly, but she didn't dare to express her true feelings.

Xiaozhou, ah Xiaozhou, you are really a villain who knows how to play with people's hearts.
