Shen Mengya glanced at Lu Zhengting's room; the lights were still on, and she could hear men talking.
Zhang Fei still hasn't left.
Helpless, she could only go back inside and continue waiting.
Grandma Lu woke up and saw her sitting on the edge of the kang (a heated brick bed), and asked, "Mengya, why aren't you sleeping?"
"Grandma, I'm not sleepy."
"Okay." Grandma Lu closed her eyes and continued sleeping.
About an hour later, Shen Mengya went outside to take a look and found that everything was still the same as before.
The door was unlocked, and the lights were still on in Lu Zhengting's room. She could still hear Lu Zhengting and Zhang Fei talking.
She secretly resented Zhang Fei for being so shameless and never going home. Wasn't it better to sleep with a woman at night than to stay here in front of Lu Zhengting, a grown man?

Without hesitation, she went to the kitchen, poured two cups of hot water, added the medicine powder to one of the cups, and then carried both cups to the main room.
She remembered clearly which cup had the medicine added and which hadn't, and she absolutely couldn't mix them up.
She went back inside and saw Lu Zhengting and Zhang Fei still sitting in the living room playing chess, but she didn't see Xiao Binbin.
That little guy must have gone home to sleep because he was tired, right?
That's good; one less person means one less obstacle.
He handed two glasses of water to Lu Zhengting and Zhang Fei respectively, saying, "Third Brother, Brother Zhang, you must be thirsty. I've poured you some water, please drink it."
Zhang Fei took the water cup first, thanked her, and then took a sip.
Lu Zhengting took the water glass, but didn't drink from it; instead, he put it aside.

Shen Mengya didn't know what to do. Lu Zhengting didn't want to drink water, and she couldn't just force him to drink it.
