Yan Hong rolled her eyes in exasperation. These two had food and drink to their hearts' content, and they were even exchanging such sweet nothings!

The train traveled for several more hours before finally arriving in Xinjiang.
When we got off the train, we met up with the old lady and got off the train together.
The weather here is rather cold, but luckily I put on long sleeves when I got off the bus.
As they stepped out of the station exit, the elderly woman warmly asked them, "Where are you going next?"
Lu Zhixia: "We're going to the south of the city."
The old woman nodded. "Then we're not going the same way. I'm going to my daughter's house."
Lu Zhixia: "Then do you know how to get there by car?"
The old woman laughed, "I've been here twice before, I know how to get here. Well then, farewell, and I hope we'll meet again someday!"
Lu Zhixia waved to the old lady, "Have a safe journey!"
I watched as the old lady went to the platform not far away. Soon a bus arrived, and she was helped onto the bus.
Lu Zhixia turned her gaze back to Gu Lingxiao and said, "Let's go too!"
Gu Lingxiao waved his hand, and immediately a taxi pulled up in the distance.
The driver, wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses, rolled down the car window. "Brothers, where are you going?"
Gu Lingxiao: "How much will it cost to go to the south of the city?"
The man sized them up; they were clearly from out of town. He then extended his right hand.
"5 yuan!"
"Then we won't sit down, thank you," Gu Lingxiao said.
"Is this not your first time here?" the man asked, still unwilling to give up.
“Your price is too high!” Gu Lingxiao said.
The man impatiently gave in, "Fine, I got it, three yuan or not!"
Gu Lingxiao walked over and opened the back door, letting Lu Zhixia get in first. Then he closed the door and sat down in the driver's seat.
"Alright, you can drive now."
The driver started the car, turned a corner, and only spoke after reaching the main road.
"Brother, you're quite something."
"What do you mean?" Gu Lingxiao asked.
The driver pursed his lips and said, "People from out of town rarely dare to bargain."
Gu Lingxiao understood what he meant, "Well, you ran into him today."
The driver took a cigarette for himself and handed one to him.
Gu Lingxiao waved his hand, "I don't smoke."
The driver looked at the man in front of him and then noticed that he had a buzz cut. People like that are either soldiers or have just come out of prison.
Judging from his upright demeanor, he was clearly a soldier. He lit his cigarette and took a deep drag.
I was originally planning to play some tricks, but now there's no need. I turned the steering wheel sharply and drove onto the right road.
It's not worth getting into a fight with soldiers; things could get messy later.
The car stopped at the destination soon, and I was really annoyed that I would lose two dollars on this deal.
Gu Lingxiao paid the fare, got out of the car, opened the door to let Lu Zhixia out, and then closed the door.
The driver sped away, much faster than before.
Lu Zhixia looked around and found that the buildings were all old. If the nurse hadn't moved, she should still be living here.
"Let's go ask someone."
A bus drove up from a distance and came to a smooth stop at the bus stop.
Yan Hong got out of the car, and before she could even stand properly, she saw that the other person also get out.
"What are you doing here?"
Hu Xianghui circled the woman once, saying, "I don't think I've seen you before."
“I didn’t grow up here, so it’s normal that you haven’t seen me before.”
Yan Hong thought to herself, "What a small world! We had an unpleasant argument in the car, and now this man is from the same place as me."
"I see. So you came here?" Hu Xianghui raised his hand to touch his lips, knowing he had to give her a warning if this woman told anyone what happened in the car.

"I've come to visit my cousin, Tao Lihua, do you know her?"
Yan Hong saw the man smile, and sure enough, she recognized him. She thought to herself that the world is both very big and very small.
"I'm telling you!" Hu Xianghui whispered in the woman's ear, "Don't tell anyone what happened on the train, not even your cousin! If I hear it from someone else, don't blame me for being rude!"
Yan Hong looked at the man's fierce expression and, thinking of the stupid things he had done on the train, couldn't help but laugh, noticing that he was still carrying the bag of bread.
"Tell me the truth, how much did you pay for this bread!"
"twenty two!"
"22 yuan?" Yan Hong was incredulous. There were at most a dozen or so loaves of bread in that bag, and they were the worst-tasting old-fashioned bread.
Hu Xianghui rolled his eyes; he saw the woman was about to laugh.
"Yes, it's 22 yuan. If you want to laugh, laugh now, but you can't tell anyone about this!"
"You're such a sucker!" Yan Hong couldn't help but bend over and laugh. "How could you be so stupid as to spend 22 yuan on just one bag of bread? If you could buy two bags of flour, you could make so much bread."
"You shameless woman, stop laughing!" Hu Xianghui was filled with shame and indignation.
"Okay, I'll stop laughing. I know what's going on."
Yan Hong knew it wasn't easy for a man to back down, and besides, she had only come to see her cousin, not to gloat over her misfortune, so she spoke again.
"I won't tell anyone. The problem is, don't mess with me. Let's just pretend we don't know each other!"
"Okay, it's a deal!" Hu Xianghui was overjoyed, and he no longer found the four-eyed woman as unpleasant as before.
