"Grandma, you're so insightful." Gu Lingxiao readily admitted. He was thinking that he would be taking them to meet people tomorrow anyway, and he hadn't mentioned it before because of the distance.
After saying it, you can't immediately take people back; that would be counterproductive.
"You really have a boyfriend?" Li Xuehua asked, glancing at the couple as she spoke, thinking that their plans were destined to fail.
Gu Lingxiao: "Yes! She's a very nice woman, gentle, generous, intelligent, and very filial!"
Cai Wei got anxious, "Why didn't you tell us you were dating someone!"
Gu Dongsheng didn't speak. He could see from his son's eyes that he cared a lot about that woman.

Upon hearing that the woman was unemployed and quite old, Cai Wei stood up abruptly, "How could you marry an old maid? How come she doesn't have a job!"
Gu Lingxiao: "She runs a small business."
Cai Wei was so angry she could hardly breathe. Clutching her chest, she said to her son, "Your father and I don't have any demands on you. If you like working in the military, then go ahead and do it. But when it comes to marriage, you have to listen to us!"
Gu Lingxiao: "If that's the case, then there's nothing to talk about! I'm in charge of my own life, and you can't interfere. Don't forget, my household registration isn't at home!"
