"Put the knife down!" Gu Lingxiao said.
"You're all causing me trouble!" The fat man continued to wave the dagger in his hand. He had been out of his mind earlier, but now he was thinking about what would happen if he were sent to the law enforcement office and charged with hooliganism.
Then he'll have to go in, and he might not be able to get out for three or five years!
So now all he wants to do is get off the bus and run away. As long as he gets away, none of these people can do anything to him!
The piercing horn blared as the cars behind impatiently urged them to hurry up!
The fat man was stunned for a moment. Gu Lingxiao seized the opportunity, quickly attacked and kicked him down, then snatched the dagger from his hand.
The men nearby stepped forward to help hold the person down.
They were afraid of causing trouble, so they didn't meddle, but this fat man went too far and actually pulled out a dagger to threaten them.

The man then came to his senses and saw that the fat man on the ground had blood on his mouth from the blow. He quickly returned to his original position.
The fat man threatened everyone, "If you let me go, nothing will happen. Otherwise, my dad won't let any of you off the hook!"
Someone couldn't help but chime in, "From what you're saying, your dad is a high-ranking official?"
"My dad is Hu Gang!" the fat man said with a smirk. "Now you know what happens when you offend me!"
"Is he the Party Secretary's son?" someone exclaimed.
Lu Zhixia said, "The emperor is subject to the same punishment as the common people. Don't be intimidated by him. Just do what needs to be done!"
The driver was a little apprehensive. If this fat man really was the Party Secretary's son, he was in big trouble. He wasn't even a permanent employee to begin with, so he whispered...
"Otherwise, I think we should just let this go and have this person apologize to the girl."
The little girl stepped back; she didn't know what to do.
Gu Lingxiao said, "It's not enough for him to apologize to solve the problem now. He was holding a dagger, which is a crime. Covering up for him is tantamount to condoning it."
The clever people immediately thought of a solution and told them,
"I'm in a hurry to get to work, so I'll get off first."
As soon as someone got off the bus and left, others immediately followed suit.
Seeing that they didn't stop them, more people went down one after another.
In the blink of an eye, more than half of the people left.
They got into the car that came next and quickly drove away.
The driver wanted to leave, but he couldn't; all he could do was slap his thigh.
"Please, just let this matter go!"
Lu Zhixia said, "This is not something you can decide. Even if none of you step forward, we will still send them in."
Gu Lingxiao looked at her with an approving gaze. He thought the same thing. Justice would never be absent. If they released the man today, the fat man would become even more emboldened in the future.
The driver was almost in tears. He had heard from others that Hu Gang wielded considerable power; despite being just a lowly clerk, he was said to have connections in both the legal and illegal worlds.
He couldn't afford to mess with that kind of person, but the man and woman in front of him didn't look like they were easy to deal with either.
The fat man yelled at them, "I won't let you get away with this!"
Lu Zhixia said to the driver, "You can choose to drive or get out of the car now."
The driver thought that if he got off the bus now, regardless of whether the matter was related to him or not, the bus station would deal with him. After thinking about it, he had no choice but to bite the bullet and say something.
"I'll drive you there, and I don't want to get involved in what happens after that."
He returned to his seat, started the car, and drove towards the nearest law enforcement station, thinking to himself that running into those people today was really bad luck.
The little girl looked at the older sister in front of her gratefully, "Thank you for standing by my side."
Lu Zhixia: "No need to thank me! You're very brave too!"
The two children standing behind the tree watched the car drive away.

Tiger spoke up, "Erni! Can we go back now?"
Erni simply lowered her head, opened her wallet, and after discovering that there was a lot of money, she grabbed the little boy's hand and ran towards the side path until there was no one around.
Then he said to Tiger, "We pulled off a big heist today. There are several hundred dollars in here, enough for us to use for a while."
"With so much money, won't that fatso come after us?" Tiger said worriedly. "I noticed when we got on the bus. The man was dressed quite well, especially his shoes, which were covered in polish and gleaming!" He wiped his nose. "When I have money in the future, I want to buy shoes like those too."
Erni thought the wallet was nice; the leather felt soft to the touch. She took out all the money and stuffed it into her pocket. She looked at the wallet reluctantly, but in the end, she could only casually throw it into the bushes.
"I simply don't like him."
"Why did you throw away such a nice wallet?" Tiger ran into the bushes and picked it up. "I think I can sell it for a couple of bucks."
Erni said, "You should throw this away right away. This is stolen goods. If anyone comes looking for us later, they can use this to convict us."
Tiger looked at the wallet in his hand. "Is it that serious? Besides, there should be plenty of things like this. Even if we have it, it doesn't count as evidence!"
Erni said, "You should throw it away right away. Keeping this thing is just asking for trouble."
Tiger was afraid of Erni, so he threw the wallet away, but he silently remembered the location, and then went back hand in hand with Erni.
They quickly returned to their lodging, an abandoned courtyard. The rooftops were overgrown with weeds, and the yard, which had previously been overgrown with weeds, had been cleared away.
