Xiao Bao was puzzled: "Why should I give it to you? Didn't you get third place?"
Chen Jinbao's face darkened. He originally thought third place was good, but seeing that Xiao Bao and Pei Jichuan were better than him, he suddenly felt that third place was a disgrace.
"If you hadn't cheated, I might have been number one!"
Tie Zhu added, "You're wrong. Even if Xiao Bao didn't get first place, you should only be second. Of course, Xiao Bao didn't cheat, right, Xiao Bao?"
Xiao Bao said, "I didn't cheat."
"How can you prove you didn't cheat?"
"Why should I prove I didn't cheat?"
Xiao Bao looked at him with annoyance, his face saying, "You're really annoying."
All he wants to do right now is go home and show his parents his award certificate.
Jinbao'er is so annoying.
Jin Bao'er felt particularly uncomfortable under his gaze and said loudly, "You're just feeling guilty, that's why you're thinking of going home as soon as possible, right?"
"Everyone, quickly call the teacher! Don't let him escape!"
Some students rushed to find the teacher.
They also felt that it was impossible for Xiaobao, who was so young, to write so beautifully.
They can't even write many of the characters yet, so how come his handwriting is better than that of the older students?
That's way too exaggerated.
Someone looked at Pei Jichuan: "Pei Jichuan, aren't you living at Pei Ruibao's house? Did he really have his mother write it for him?"
Pei Jichuan was taken aback, not expecting anyone to ask him that.
Everyone immediately turned to look at him.
"Yeah, if he cheated, wouldn't you be in first place?"
Pei Jichuan paused just as he was about to speak.
He wanted to say that he hadn't lived with Xiaobao for a long time, but this time Xiaobao's handwritten poster was indeed much prettier than before.
If he really wrote it, then he's improved so fast, even faster than me... Before I could even speak, someone said, "The teacher is here."
"What cheating?" The teacher was called over by a student, somewhat bewildered.
These guys are young and can't explain things clearly; they just told her to come over and see if anyone was cheating.
She was still completely bewildered when she saw everyone surrounding Xiaobao.
They were even more puzzled, wondering, "What's going on here?"
“Teacher, Chen Jinbao said that Pei Ruibao’s handwritten newspaper was written by his mother, and he did not write it himself at all.”
"Yes, he can't write such good characters."
"What?" the teacher exclaimed in astonishment, then looked at Chen Jinbao sternly, "Chen Jinbao, who told you that Xiaobao's mother wrote it for him?"
Chen Jinbao said, "My mother said he used to be a little idiot. He couldn't even speak, let alone write. How could he write so well? Teachers, you've all been fooled by him."
After hearing this, the teacher's face darkened: "Nonsense, Xiao Bao wrote the poster himself."
Chen Jinbao didn't believe it: "How is that possible? He's only been studying here for a few months, how could he write so well?"
"I've been practicing calligraphy for two years, but I still can't write like that."
The teacher said speechlessly, "Then what do you want to do?"
"Make him prove that he wrote that word."
The teacher sighed, saying that Xiao Bao's changes had surprised her greatly.
Xiao Bao was initially sent in simply because he answered the deputy director's question correctly.
She kept a low profile after that, but she always handed in her homework. She watched as the child's handwriting became more and more beautiful.
So although they were surprised, they did not doubt the child.
Unexpectedly, this aroused suspicion from the other children.
She looked at Xiaobao and said, "Xiaobao, go write a few words on the blackboard for everyone to see."
Xiao Bao pursed his lips and didn't say anything, but obediently walked up to the podium, picked up the chalk and started writing.
To everyone's surprise, Xiao Bao, who had just been clamoring to leave, suddenly became obedient and wrote whatever the teacher asked him to. They were unsure of what to do next.
Could it be that Jin Bao'er misunderstood?
Jin Bao'er couldn't believe it either; when he asked Xiao Bao to prove himself just now, he was clearly unwilling.
Therefore, Jin Bao'er became even more certain of her thoughts, believing that Xiao Bao was feeling guilty.
But seeing that he actually went up there without making an excuse, he started to panic.
If it really was written by Xiaobao, then wouldn't I have wronged him?
