Xiao Bao nodded emphatically, and thinking about how his mother had protected him before, he felt even closer to her.
Song Yanzhi talked to him for a while, and Xiao Bao rubbed his eyes, seemingly a little sleepy.

Pei Yuchen nodded, "I'll go call Yanzhi." The two children followed behind like little tails.
Pei Yuchen entered the room and gently applied the medicine to Song Yanzhi. After he finished, he straightened up and said in a low voice, "Dad is calling us for dinner. Go eat first. He doesn't look well and is very worried about you."
Song Yanzhi nodded. She had been resting in her room ever since she came back because Xiaobao was in a bad mood.
Her father didn't dare to disturb her.
But I must be feeling really bad inside.
As she walked out, Song's father immediately laughed and said, "Zhizhi, come and eat some meat. You must have been terrified today."
Song Yanzhi shook her head. "Dad, I'm fine. Don't worry."
Mr. Song smiled, but his eyes were full of worry.
