Chapter 27 The ship exploded, who did it?

Let's start with Central Harbour.

At this moment, a hospital ship from the Philippines, marked with a red cross, is sailing towards Central Harbour under the cover of darkness. There is no one else on board except for the chubby Tiger, who is tied to the helm with a smelly sock stuffed in his mouth. As the ship enters the harbor, he has no idea what will happen. His fat, greasy, and dark face is full of fear.

Song Yuanchao and Wandaozai, who were supposed to be traveling with him, and several prostitutes were not on the medical ship, but on the small kayaks used by the medical ship to ferry patients.

The large ship slowly entered the harbor, with kayaks following closely behind.

On the kayak, the three prostitutes were incredibly excited as the boat was about to enter the harbor. The thought that from now on, the mountains and rivers would be far away, and Gui Tou Chang would never be able to catch them again. They would no longer have to endlessly serve those dirty, smelly pirates. They covered their mouths and sobbed softly.

Song Yuanchao is from mainland China and this is his first time in Hong Kong. He was stunned by the dazzling lights and neon signs that stretched from Central Harbour to Victoria Harbour and then to Kowloon.

While paddling his kayak, Wan Daozai was worried about Chen Rou and Nie Han, who had left early, and wondered how they were doing now.

The order to abandon ship and instead follow the boat in kayaks was given by Chen Rou. As for the reason, even Song Yuanchao, who was closest to her, did not know.

The change happened suddenly, and it was the thin prostitute who noticed it first. She saw two motorboats rush out of the darkness and surround the medical ship, so she quickly shook Song Yuanchao's hand, signaling him to look as well.

Under the watchful eyes of everyone, the people on the motorboat threw out hooks and boarded the medical ship.

They were a group of well-trained men in black. After boarding the ship, they immediately dispersed. Some went into the cabin, some went straight to the wheelhouse, and some even lifted the deck and went down into the fuel tanks.

A short while later, a series of gunshots rang out, and the already slow-moving ship came to a stop.

The kayak was right behind the big ship, and several prostitutes could even hear Tiger's screams from the medical ship.

The prostitutes were all terrified. The fat prostitute covered her mouth tightly, forcing herself not to scream.

The thin prostitute said intuitively, "These must be people sent by Gui Tou Chang. They know when we're going back to Hong Kong and they're here to kill us."

With Chen Rou gone, Song Yuanchao is the boss, and now it's time for him to make arrangements for what's to come.

He said to the prostitutes, “I’ll be back on the big ship in a little while. You can paddle your kayaks back to shore yourselves. If you want to seek help from the police or go home, go to the police station. If you’re homeless and want to work in Hong Kong, go to Kowloon. If you don’t want either of those things, just wait at the pier. We’ll come find you after we finish dealing with the Nie family’s business and make arrangements for you. Do you understand?”

The three prostitutes came from different places and had different thoughts. However, for a moment they did not know what to do and were somewhat dependent on Song Yuanchao. When they heard that he was going to take two men away and leave only the three of them, they became a little scared.

The thin prostitute quickly said, "Mr. Song, please take us with you. We all escaped together, so let's get on the boat together. We'll help you with whatever you want to do."

Song Yuanchao's tasks were all instructed by Chen Rou, and these prostitutes couldn't help him with them.

He was also quite annoyed by the fat prostitute and the prostitute from Taiwan Island and wanted to break up with them as soon as possible. So he refused the thin prostitute's request and said to her, "If you really want to help, row back to port yourself. Don't run around anymore. Go home and live a peaceful life."

After he finished speaking, he checked the gun and bullets one last time and said to the Taiwanese boy, "Let's go, let's jump into the sea and swim back to the big ship."

Kayaks are paddles made by hand, so they are slow, just like walking. Medical ships are gasoline-powered, just like cars, so they are fast. They have to paddle really hard to keep up with the medical ships.

However, just as the kayak approached the medical ship, the Taiwanese man realized something was wrong.

He saw the group of people who came down from the hospital ship jump onto the motorboats they had brought. One of them waved towards the hospital ship, and then, in the darkness, he saw a red light flashing on the hospital ship.

In a flash, he rowed the boat in the opposite direction, shouting as he rowed: "Song Yuanchao, run! That boat is going to explode!"

The prostitutes were terrified and started screaming.

He reversed the oar and started rowing frantically. Seeing that he was too weak to row, Song Yuanchao grabbed the oar and rowed it a few times. Suddenly, there was a loud bang, and a wave of scalding heat mixed with metal fragments came from behind, causing everyone on the boat to fall backward.

The screams of the prostitutes never stopped.

The boy from Taiwan was scalded on his back by the heatwave. Not only were his clothes burned off, but iron filings were also stuck in his shoulders.

He was in so much pain that he didn't know what to do, when he saw Song Yuanchao rowing vigorously, actually chasing after those motorboats.

"Song Yuanchao, are you crazy? Those motorboats are all filled with Gui Touchang's men. If you chase after them, aren't you just walking into a trap?" he asked, cursing.

The fat prostitute was the most timid but had the loudest voice, so she simply shouted, "Song Yuanchao, let us down! We don't want to go and die with you!"

Song Yuanchao roared, "Shut the hell up right now if you don't want to die, or I'll shoot you all right now!"

As the saying goes, the ruthless fear the stubborn, and the stubborn fear the reckless.

His shout silenced everyone on the boat. As he rowed the boat and was about to catch up with the motorboat, several prostitutes simply lay down and trembled in the cabin.

They also thought that Song Yuanchao was going to have another gunfight, and that they were sure to die today.

But it didn't happen.

After nearly catching up with the jet ski, Song Yuanchao simply said goodbye to the Taiwanese man and then jumped into the sea.
