“Then let’s do it together again next year!” Feng Linlin said happily.
"We'll both be going to university next year," Lin Xiaojuan said. "Xiaochen, have you decided which university you want to go to?"
Ye Linchen's expression darkened as he thought of his tuition fees, which were still unresolved. He shook his head and said, "I haven't decided yet."
"It's still early." Feng Linlin didn't notice Ye Linchen's dejection. "You still have half a year to think about it. If you haven't figured it out, you can consult your teachers before the college entrance exam. You'll still have time to study."

The group chatted and laughed as they reached a fork in the road.

After parting ways with Feng Linlin, Ye Linchen said to Gu Jingran, "Brother Gu, my home isn't far from here. I can go back by myself."
