"Why are you coming to the pet hospital so late?" After comforting the golden retriever, Jian Xiu turned to look at Fang Jianjin.
"Oh, um, I want to see Xiaobai." Fang Jianjin replied quickly.
Seeing the broken glasses on his nose and meeting his cold eyes, she suddenly felt an indescribable guilt.
"Come with me. Eggplant, let's go." Jian Xiu said, pushing the wheelchair in a direction and pushing it up from the disabled passage next to it.
Fang Jianjin was about to reach out and push him away, but the man seemed to have eyes behind him and turned his head to say, "No need."
Fang Jianjin's hand froze in mid-air, then he withdrew it awkwardly.
Soon, Jian Xiu walked around the stairs, unlocked the hospital door, and pushed the wheelchair in.
After Fang Jianjin came in, he reached out to close the glass door, then unbuckled the leash around the golden retriever's neck, patted its head and said, "Be good."
The golden retriever was freed and immediately wagged its tail like a flag, then came over to be intimate with Jian Xiu.
Jian Xiu pushed its head away and said, "Go and play by yourself."
The golden retriever tried to lick his hand again, but he quickly moved away, his voice becoming even colder as he scolded, "Be good and play by yourself."
The golden retriever then whimpered twice and turned around to walk around the pet hospital.
Fang Jianjin then noticed the scratch on Jian Xiu's hand and couldn't help but say, "Your hand..."
It must be because he used his hands to protect his head and the back of his hands rubbed against the ground.
The wound looked quite serious, with dust on the red flesh, and it was even more eye-catching because of Jian Xiu's cold white fingers.
"It's okay." Jian Xiu withdrew his hand and said to her, "Xiaobai is in the pet area. When you enter, it's the second cage in the middle row on the left. Go and see for yourself."
After saying that, he pushed the wheelchair to the bathroom.
"Oh." Fang Jianjin wanted to say something else, but Jian Xiu had already gone to the bathroom. She had no choice but to stop talking and pushed the door open to enter the pet room.
I have to say that the hospital is very clean and there is no strong smell in the pet room.
When they saw people coming in, several dogs started barking, and one of the Huskies even stuck out its nose, which looked even more silly.
Fang Jianjin looked at these poor little guys, sighed, and then came to Xiaobai's cage.
"Xiaobai, are you feeling better?" Fang Jianjin asked as he got closer.
I saw Xiaobai's front legs sticking up, probably because he was wearing a splint, and the outermost layer was wrapped tightly with a bandage.
Hearing her voice, Xiaobai groaned twice and struggled to stand up.
"Don't move, be obedient, lie down, and don't move your feet."
But Xiaobai still struggled to stand up.
Seeing this, Fang Jianjin knew that this was the same principle as shaving a pet's hair. When the owner was around, the puppies couldn't help but get excited, but if the owner was not around, they would obediently follow the beautician's instructions.
Thinking of this, she saw Xiaobai put his head closer, so she reached out her finger through the gap in the cage, touched his forehead, and said, "Just stay here for now. There are injured friends here, don't be afraid. I'll come to see you tomorrow and bring you your favorite sausage, okay?"
"Woo woo." Xiaobai called.
Fang Jianjin didn't want to stay any longer, as the other puppies and kittens would start jumping around. So, she turned around and left the pet area, closing the door.
Seeing that the bathroom door was not closed and the big golden retriever was wandering around the door, Fang Jianjin walked over and saw Jian Xiu cleaning the back of his hands with warm water.
"Have you watched it?" Jian Xiu asked her without turning his head.
"Well, the little guy has to stand up when he sees me. It's not good to stay for too long."
Jian Xiu raised his eyebrows slightly, then took a piece of absorbent paper and wiped the water droplets on his hands, then pushed the wheelchair out.
This time, Fang Jianjin gave way without waiting for him to speak.
When they arrived at the front hall, Jian Xiu took the medicine box off the table and took out hydrogen peroxide and cotton swabs.
Seeing Fang Jianjin still there, he tilted his head and said, "Why don't you leave?"
"Ah?" Fang Jianjin originally wanted to say goodbye to him, but before he could say anything, he was told to leave so bluntly. He immediately gave Dr. Jian a cross in his heart.
But seeing the hydrogen peroxide in his hand and thinking that he was injured, I finally took a deep breath and said, "Let me help you."
Jian Xiu raised his eyes and looked at her with cold eyes.
