Chapter 244 Working Leopard

"The snow leopard is about to hunt."

Looking at the cliff, Lu Fangfang had an idea and quickly picked up Xiaohua.

This little guy lost its mother when it was young and no one taught it hunting skills, so this is a good opportunity.

"Xiaohua, watch carefully and learn from her."

"Meow~"

Little Flower tilted her head back, gazing at the scene with curiosity.

On the distant cliffs, the snow leopard was still crouching low, slowly approaching the herd of blue sheep.

The snow leopard's fur is very similar in color to the cliff, and it uses the protruding rock face to deliberately hide itself, which is easy to miss if you don't look closely.

Lu Fangfang rubbed her eyes, took Zhuang Mingcheng's binoculars, and stared at them curiously.

When it was still more than ten meters away from the argali sheep, the snow leopard suddenly leaped up and charged towards the herd of argali sheep diagonally below like an arrow.

The terrain, combined with the snow leopard's speed, made it seem as if it were flying. However, the ibex reacted quickly and immediately scattered and fled.

The snow leopard has its sights set on the largest of the blue sheep herd.

One fled, the other pursued, and a life-or-death struggle ensued on the steep cliffs.

"Awoo."

Little Flower's body trembled slightly, and it couldn't help but let out a howl.

Not to mention Xiao Hua, even Lu Fangfang, holding a telescope, was very excited watching.

This was practically a death dance. On such a steep cliff, even a single misstep by either side would result in being smashed to pieces. It was incredibly dangerous.

"Mingcheng, hurry, take a picture!"

Reluctant to let such a wonderful scene pass by, she pulled the camera off her neck and casually handed it to Zhuang Mingcheng.

She wiped the sweat from her palms onto Xiaohua, her eyes fixed intently on the pursuit.

"Fangfang, is this photo clear enough?"

"It's okay, just take the pictures. Don't worry about wasting film. We're not short of money right now."

With half a bottle of gold in her hand, Lu Fangfang was quite extravagant.

Fearing Zhuang Mingcheng might be reluctant, she added, "Take a few more pictures, quick, oh dear..."

On the distant cliff, the two were getting closer and closer. Just as the snow leopard was about to catch up with the argali, the argali suddenly stopped and turned to leap off the cliff.

Without hesitation, the snow leopard jumped down.

"Click~"

"Click~"

"Oh my god!"

The argali sheep and the snow leopard fell more than ten meters and crashed heavily onto a protruding rock face.

Both of them scrambled to their feet and continued the chase.

Lu Fangfang was completely stunned.

If the snow leopard had hesitated or held back even a little bit of its strength, it definitely wouldn't have been able to jump onto the distant protruding rock face. It was truly decisive.

The two continued their chase, with fewer and fewer pathetic rock faces remaining.

Soon, the ibex reached the highest point of the cliff.

At this point, there was not much space left on the rock face for either side to stand on.

Seeing that the snow leopard was still chasing, the argali did not hesitate. It leaped up, trying to jump onto the rock face above.

The ibex was exhausted after running for so long.

Suddenly, rocks slid off the cliff, and the ibex lost its footing and fell straight down the cliff.

The snow leopard quickly stopped and peered out at the ibex that was rolling down the hill.

"Meow~"

Little Flower couldn't hold back any longer. It broke free from Lu Fangfang's grasp and ran towards the spot where the ibex had fallen.

"Hey? Little Flower? Little Flower? Come back here right now!"

Lu Fangfang, carrying a semi-automatic rifle, hurriedly chased after them.

"Hey? Fangfang? Fangfang, don't go!"

Zhuang Mingcheng slapped his thigh and hurriedly went after his wife.

In the camp, only the silly little Tibetan fox remained, staring blankly at the snow leopard on the cliff.

Its body suddenly trembled, and it came to its senses, only to find that everyone around it was gone. It immediately lowered its head and sniffed, then walked towards the valley to the east.

"Little Flower? Little Flower?"

After running for a few minutes, Lu Fangfang followed Xiao Hua to the valley below the cliff.

Not far away, a blood-soaked animal lay motionless on the sand and gravel.

"Awoo~"

Little Flower called out and immediately ran forward.

Lu Fangfang looked very serious. She looked up at the cliff, where the snow leopard was no longer there. It must have come this way.

"Click".

She immediately pulled back the bolt, keeping the gun ready to fire instantly.

She walked quickly forward and looked down.

The ibex that was once leaping nimbly on the mountainside now had half of its rump smashed open, blood flowing from its mouth, and was beyond dead.

Falling from a cliff hundreds of meters high, it's already quite remarkable that you've survived with such a healthy body.

Seeing Xiao Hua licking sheep's blood, Lu Fangfang was very angry.

With a serious expression, she raised her hand and slapped Xiaohua on the head. "Smack."

"The little yellow dog is disobedient, and now you're rebelling too? Little Flower, you've disappointed me so much."

"Meow~"

Little Flower shook its fluffy head and quickly nuzzled against her calves.

"Being cute won't work. I'll lock you up when we get home!"

Zhuang Mingcheng followed from behind.

Looking at the carcass of the ibex on the ground, he immediately understood.

"Fangfang, now is not the time to lecture Xiaohua. We need to leave quickly, that snow leopard could come down at any moment."

As he spoke, he drew the dagger from his waist and bent down to gut the ibex.

"Hey? Zhuang Mingcheng, what are you doing?"

Lu Fangfang, holding Xiaohua, was stunned by his actions.

"Since we've come across this, we can't let it pass. I'll cut some rock goat meat to take back. You keep an eye on the surroundings."

"Hmm..."

Looking at the blood-red argali meat, Lu Fangfang hesitated for a moment, but did not object.
