At 2:30 p.m., Shen Nian'an arrived at the factory gate ahead of time to wait. The autumn sun was warm but not scorching, and the leaves of the plane trees at the factory gate swayed in the wind, casting dappled shadows. He was wearing a neat set of work clothes, his hair was combed meticulously, and he was tightly clutching a plan booklet in his hand, his fingertips slightly white.
At 3:00 PM sharp, a military jeep carrying several experts slowly drove up. After the vehicle came to a stop, the first person to step out was a middle-aged man in a Zhongshan suit, looking energetic and sharp – researcher Su Mingyuan. Just as Shen Nian'an was about to step forward to greet him, she noticed a familiar figure following behind Su Mingyuan – Su Wanqing.

His explanation was clear and logical, with detailed data, and his eyes shone with confidence. Su Wanqing followed in the group, listening intently and nodding in approval from time to time. When Shen Nian'an presented the process optimization plan booklet, she leaned forward to carefully flip through it, and when she encountered something she didn't understand, she asked softly, "Shen Nian'an, what model did you refer to in the derivation process of this loss coefficient?
