Tao Susu took Jiang Ci to another department, spoke to the nurse on duty, took the phone, and skillfully dialed the city hospital's number.

She stopped immediately and quickly turned back to the station!
As soon as the bus came to a stop, people scrambled off, and Zhou Mingli, carrying a full bundle, also squeezed off the bus.
He was tall, and as soon as he put his feet on the ground, he squeezed outwards while searching for Jiang Ci's whereabouts. After he saw her clearly, he took steps towards Jiang Ci.
Before long, Zhou Mingli arrived in front of Jiang Ci.

Zhou Mingli picked up the two children and kissed them on the cheeks.
The two children stared wide-eyed at Zhou Mingli in disbelief.
Dad kissed them!
Even Jiang Ci was quite surprised.
Although Zhou Mingli was quite responsible towards his two children, and he never left the supervision and discipline that he should do as a father to Jiang Ci alone, he was never this close to the children.
It's also possible that because he grew up alone without parents, Zhou Mingli has a very solitary personality. Apart from Jiang Ci, no matter how close he is to anyone else, it's as if there's a layer between them.
