Chef Mo, being the head chef, allowed Zhou Mingli to introduce his relatives.
Zhou Mingli introduced his wife and children to Chef Mo, and finally introduced Huang Zheyue, saying, "This is the child of a friend of mine. He is currently staying at my house. His name is Huang Zheyue."
Chef Mo met with all of Zhou Mingli's family members and nodded.
Aunt Chen smiled and handed Zhou Yang and Zhou Miao hot water infused with maltose. "Yangyang and Miaomiao, do you want some water? It's infused with maltose."
Zhou Yang and Zhou Miao looked at Jiang Ci.
Jiang Ci smiled and said, "This is a housewife, you can accept her."
Zhou Yang and Zhou Miao immediately accepted it, saying in their childish voices, "Thank you, Grandma."
Although I don't know what a housewife is, if it has "nai" in it, it must be someone close to you!
The two children blinked their big eyes, which almost melted Aunt Chen's heart. How could she have such well-behaved and adorable children!
Immediately afterwards, Aunt Chen began feeding the two children.
We gave them candy one minute and peanuts the next; the two kids' mouths were never stopped moving.
They didn't litter; they found a trash can and threw the peanut shells and sugar coatings in.
The two kids had eaten too much food. They kept going back and forth on their way to throw away the trash and then run back to eat more. Aunt Chen found this amusing and praised Jiang Ci and his wife for being such good at raising children.
After acknowledging the person, Zhou Mingli formally became an apprentice.
He performed a standard kowtow to Chef Mo, and then presented the brewed tea to Chef Mo.
Chef Mo took the tea, drank a sip, and then gave him the gift he had prepared for Zhou Mingli.
"A good horse needs a good saddle, and we cooks also need good knives. This is a set of knives that I had a friend in the south who specializes in making knives made for me. You should improve your skills and carry on the Mo family's culinary traditions."
Zhou Mingli nodded seriously, "Master, I understand."
After the apprenticeship ceremony was completed, Zhou Mingli and Jiang Ci had lunch at the Mo family's house with their child.
Mo Gong'an looked at Huang Zheyue from the left and Huang Zheyue from the right.

Huang Zheyue was still somewhat afraid of the police, so she kept her eyes fixed on the table, not daring to look around.

Mo Gong'an said "Oh," walked up to Huang Zheyue, and patted his head lightly, "Now that someone is taking care of you, you must behave yourself from now on and not cause any more trouble."
Huang Zheyue's face turned red, and she waved his hand away, saying, "I don't need you to teach me."
He remains just as tough on outsiders.
Mo Gong'an smiled and decided not to argue with a child.
Before Zhou Mingli left, Chef Mo reminded him, "You'll have some free time lately, so there might be more work."
Zhou Mingli nodded. "I know."
Go home now, be careful on the road.
After saying goodbye to Chef Mo, Zhou Mingli and Jiang Ci didn't go straight home. Instead, they took the three children out to play.
A few days ago there was a heavy snowfall, and it's been cold these past few days. The surface of Houhai Lake has frozen over, and many people are skating on it.
Jiang Ci and Zhou Mingli took them to play in Houhai for several hours.
On their way back, Zhou Mingli and Jiang Ci went to a department store and bought Zhou Miao a thick quilt.
Zhou Miao's eyes sparkled as she repeatedly asked Jiang Ci, "Mom, is this for me? Doesn't my brother have one? Am I the only one in the family who gets one?"
Jiang Ci kissed her on the cheek. "That's right, it's for you, only you have it. Miao Miao, didn't you see that little bed in your room? That belongs to you."
Zhou Miao immediately started dancing with joy, "Yay!!"
"I have my own bed now!"
She ran ahead, overjoyed.
Zhou Yang asked longingly, "Mom, why don't I have one?"
Jiang Ci said, "Don't you have one? Miao Miao sleeps on the top bunk, so the bottom bunk belongs to you and Brother Zhe Yue?"
Zhou Yang was dumbfounded. "Is that so?"
"Since you and Miaomiao sleep separately, isn't the lower bunk yours?"
Zhou Yang racked his brains and thought for a long time. He realized that Jiang Ci was right. He immediately threw away his little displeasure, grabbed Huang Zheyue's hand, and said seriously, "Brother Zheyue, don't let Miaomiao sleep with us in the future."
Huang Zheyue: "..."
His lips twitched; he didn't want to speak.
Zhou Mingli said, "You guys keep going, I'm going to the restroom."
Jiang Ci glanced at him and nodded. "Hurry up."
Zhou Mingli shook her hand, then turned and quickly disappeared into the crowd.
After waiting for a long time, Zhou Mingli finally returned, with his hands in his pockets, leading his wife and children home.
On the way back, we passed by the Cheng family's house and happened to run into Cheng Huasheng and Li Ailian building a snowman with their daughter Cheng Ke outside.
Cheng Ke spotted Zhou Mingli and his group first, straightened up, and tugged at Li Ailian, "Mom, it's Uncle Zhou and Aunt Jiang!"
Upon hearing Cheng Ke's words, the couple turned their heads and indeed saw this family.
They burst out laughing. "Going out to play?"
"We went to Chef Mo's house to become his apprentices. When we got back, we still had some time, so we played around for a bit." Zhou Mingli smiled as he looked at their snowman. "Did your family build this?"
"That's right, Coco wants to play in the snow, so we have no choice but to accompany our daughter." Cheng Huasheng smiled helplessly, then, as if remembering something, said, "Let's eat at my house today, I have something to tell you."
