Chapter 51 Li Hu Comes to the Door

The old man's research on Jiang porcelain remained unresolved for the time being, and Zhou Mingli quickly put the matter aside and went home.

That evening, Zhou Mingli killed one of the rabbits and put the rest into the newly built chicken coop. Jiang Ci caught one and sent it to the Yu family.

When Sister-in-law Yu saw the plump rabbit, her eyes lit up. Hearing that Jiang Ci had given it to her, she quickly waved her hand, "You went through so much trouble to catch the rabbit, how can I take your things? Take it back!"

“Zhou Mingli and I caught four,” Jiang Ci said in a low voice. “Miaomiao and Yangyang are left at your house all day long so you can watch over them. Only then can we go up the mountain to catch rabbits with peace of mind. I’m so grateful to you, sister-in-law. You can’t be so polite with me.”

Jiang Ci insisted on giving the rabbit to Sister-in-law Yu, and Sister-in-law Yu's smile never faded. After declining for a long time, Sister-in-law Yu finally accepted it. "Don't worry, Dazhu and Erzhu will be on summer vacation tomorrow. You can leave the children at my house and let Dazhu and Erzhu take care of them!"

When Dazhu and Erzhu heard their names, they immediately ran out and their eyes lit up when they saw the fat rabbit in their mother's hands.

"Don't worry, Auntie! You go ahead and catch fish and prepare meat! With Erzhu and me here, we'll make sure Yangyang and Miaomiao aren't bullied!" Dazhu patted his chest and assured him.

Erzhu immediately added, "That's right, it would be even better if we could eat Uncle Zhou's meat again. Uncle Zhou's meat is really delicious!"

He unconsciously swallowed, his mouth watering.

Jiang Ci couldn't help but laugh and patted Erzhu on the shoulder, "Okay, once your Uncle Zhou has finished preparing the meat, he'll definitely bring you a bowl to try."

"Really? Auntie! You're so kind!"

Erzhu immediately perked up, "You're like my own aunt!"

Dazhu said, "Aunt Jiang, you are my own aunt!"

Sister-in-law Yu punched each of them once.

After talking for a while, Jiang Ci took Zhou Yang and Zhou Miao back.

The two children listened to Jiang Ci for a while and knew that their family would have meat to eat today. They were very happy and skipped home hand in hand.

Halfway there, Jiang Ci looked into the distance and noticed someone walking in their direction.

That person was none other than Li Hu.

Jiang Ci squinted slightly, patted the two children on the back, and said to Zhou Miao, "Go back and tell your father to hide the rabbit."

Zhou Miao listened to Jiang Ci the most, and immediately nodded vigorously. The two children ran home as fast as they could.

Jiang Ci wasn't in a hurry to go home; instead, she turned and headed towards Li Hu.

Li Hu stared as Jiang Ci walked over. "It's so late, why isn't Jiang Ci going home for dinner? What are you doing wandering around?"

Jiang Ci raised an eyebrow, her tone undeniably arrogant, "What business is it of yours if I'm just loitering in front of my house?"

Li Hu sneered, "I think you're just feeling guilty."

Jiang Ci: "This is absolutely hilarious. I'm not guilty of anything. Let's see who's loitering around here. Hmm? Li Zhiqing."

Li Hu stared at her, but Jiang Ci remained calm and composed, showing no sign of guilt or nervousness, and returned his gaze with unparalleled arrogance and provocation.

Jiang Ci, that brainless idiot, if he really did something bad, he might be exposed immediately.

He didn't try to evade the question; he asked directly, "Did you go up the mountain today?"

Jiang Ci crossed her arms and looked Li Hu up and down, making Li Hu feel uneasy and angry. "What are you looking at?!"

Jiang Ci curled her lip, unleashing her sarcastic tone, "That's ridiculous. What business is it of yours whether I go up the mountain or not? Who do you think you are? Why should you question what I do? Are we even that close?"

"Stop with your glib tongue! You must have gone up the mountain to be putting on airs and refuting me!" Li Hu roared, his gaze turning hostile.

That damned Jiang Ci actually tricked him! Li Hu is a brainless idiot; Jiang Ci just provoked him like that, and he immediately fell for it, his eyes bloodshot.

"You're so concerned about whether I've gone up the mountain, is it because you've done something bad there and are afraid of being found out?" Jiang Ci narrowed her eyes, her voice cold and sharp. "Li Hu, you wouldn't..."

Before he could finish speaking, Li Hu was provoked into anger by Jiang Ci's few words. He felt guilty and afraid that Jiang Ci would actually reveal that he had gone up the mountain to get pottery bowls to sell on the black market.

So he reached out and tried to strangle Jiang Ci!

"You bitch! How dare you say that!"

Li Hu was a big, burly man, and once he started fighting, he wasn't easy to avoid. Jiang Ci was able to hit Boss Zhou twice with a stick because she launched a sneak attack. In a real head-on confrontation, Jiang Ci, a skinny woman, was no match for this kind of person.

Jiang Ci tried to dodge, but Li Hu was faster. He grabbed her shoulder and reached for her neck!

If we kill this person, everything will be much easier. Once she's dead, no one will know that he sold pottery bowls at the ghost market.

Kill her!

She even bullied Yin Yin and caused trouble all the time. People like her should just die! They should all die!

Li Hu's eyes were bloodshot, and his face was contorted with rage.

Just then, a person suddenly appeared from behind Jiang Ci and grabbed Li Hu's hand tightly!

"Li Hu, don't you even know where you are before you dare to act so wildly?" Zhou Mingli's voice was gloomy as he stared coldly at Li Hu.

Li Hu failed to strangle Jiang Ci, but Jiang Ci sensed his killing intent early on and kicked Li Hu between the legs with even greater force!

A spinning kick!

Li Hu's fierce appearance vanished instantly, and he became clear-headed, revealing only one emotion.

His manhood...

It must have been Jiang Ci...

It broke when I kicked it!

pain!

The pain is unbearable!

Zhou Mingli didn't forget to add a kick, stomping on his stomach with all his might, leaving no room for error.

Li Hu was kicked to the ground and howled.

Although the Zhou family lived in a remote area, Li Hu's howl immediately attracted a lot of people.

The first to arrive was Sister-in-law Yu. She saw Jiang Ci and Zhou Mingli standing together, with Li Hu lying on the ground, howling incessantly.

She exclaimed "Ah!" and before she could say anything, the brigade leader appeared on a bicycle.

Seeing the same scene, the captain frowned, quickly got off his bicycle, and shouted, "What's going on! What are you all doing now!"

Li Hu's manhood was kicked, and he was in excruciating pain. He was covered in cold sweat and unable to speak.

The captain went to look at Jiang Ci and Zhou Mingli, "Tell me, what exactly happened?"

Jiang Ci said, "I kicked it."

Those who came out to watch the commotion exclaimed, "Wow!"

The captain's temples throbbed, and his gaze toward Jiang Ci held a hint of disappointment.

He thought Jiang Ci had changed for the better, but he didn't expect her to still be so troublesome!
