Seeing his wife being swiftly and professionally pushed through the tightly closed, red-lit delivery room door, cutting off both sight and sound, Xie Shiyu's footsteps suddenly froze in place. Wang Xiulan, panting, chased after him and couldn't help but pinch her son's arm. "They say that when you get a wife, you forget your mother. It's so true."
"Mom, it's already this late, can you please stop making trouble here?" Xie Shiyu didn't know whether to laugh or cry, "Your daughter-in-law is giving birth to a big fat grandson for you in there. In the empty and silent corridor, pale light poured down from overhead, nailing his tall figure firmly to the cold and smooth tile floor. She went to the health center for a check-up but nothing was found, so they said everything was fine. She also thought it was just the baby being big. She also asked Qiuyue to move more, for fear that she would suffer if the fetus was too big during delivery. It turned out to be twins.
"Can I go in and see her?" Wang Xiulan asked hurriedly. Qiuyue was found to be pregnant with twins just before the birth, and she must be very panicked. She could go in and calm her down.
