Chapter 1340 It seems I've been too simplistic in my thinking.

Fu Yancheng has not returned because he was involved in disaster relief efforts.

Chu Xue did not return to her family compound but stayed in the city.

The food in her space was all donated a few days ago, and it will be a few months from now. Right now, the space is mostly filled with various kinds of fish, but the weather is too hot right now, and there is no guarantee that the fresh fish will still be edible when they reach the disaster victims. But she has such a great opportunity, and she can't just stand by and do nothing.

After much thought, I decided to make it into preserved fish. It doesn't need to be too flavorful; as long as it reaches the disaster victims without spoiling, it's fine. It's my way of doing my part.

After changing clothes and going to many places to buy enough salt, she spent all her time, except for rest time, making preserved fish in her online space.

After three days, I only managed to make about 500 jin of preserved fish. It seems I underestimated the challenge.

That evening, she disguised herself and went out again, returning to the place where she had stored the supplies before. After confirming that no one was watching her, she quickly released the preserved fish she had made over the past few days, as well as the eggs and duck eggs from her storage space, which was quite a large quantity.

After leaving, she went to the Municipal Public Security Bureau again. This time she didn't see Kong Yizhang, but she heard people talking about how a lot of supplies were taking off and landing at Nanyuan Airport.

After several days, she started experiencing morning sickness, which she couldn't even tolerate while wearing a mask.

I tried calling Kong Yizhang's office, but couldn't reach him. After thinking for a moment, I called Uncle Xiao's office directly. This time I was lucky; after being transferred, someone answered shortly after: "Uncle."

Xiao Changjiang was taken aback when he heard the voice: "Chu Xue, why are you calling?"

Chu Xue coughed lightly: "Uncle, I asked someone to prepare some supplies, hoping to do my part for the disaster area. I would like to trouble you for help."

Xiao Changjiang was surprised that his niece had such a broad mind: "You're so thoughtful. Leave this to me. There's a batch of supplies that's going to be loaded onto a truck and transported over there tomorrow morning. Can you have someone deliver it, or should I send someone to pick it up?"

Chu Xue naturally didn't want to burden anyone, so she calculated the time and said, "Uncle, I should be able to get to your place in about an hour. Just have someone come out and pick up the things."

After hanging up the phone, she turned around and went back to where she had stored her things. After putting the things back into her spatial storage, she released a bicycle from her space and headed towards the railway bureau.

When we were almost there, I found a secluded spot to store the bicycle, then walked towards the gate. When we were still some distance from the gate, I put the bicycle out after confirming it was safe.

Not long after the item was released, they heard someone coming this way, so they quickly took out a wet handkerchief from their spatial storage and wiped off the disguise on their face.

To her surprise, one of the people who came over was her own uncle: "Uncle, I'm here."

Xiao Changjiang looked in the direction of the sound and saw someone waving at him. He thought it was just a little something, so he only brought one person with him when he came out. He didn't expect that there were quite a lot of things piled up at his niece's feet. He turned around and said to the person behind him, "Go and push a tricycle over here."

After the man left, Xiao Changjiang whispered, "Where did you get these things? Did you go to the black market?"

Chu Xue knew her uncle was worried about her: "I didn't go to the black market, I got it through a friend. But you reminded me, Uncle, don't let anyone know that I donated it. I don't want to attract attention. As for where it came from, Uncle, you can figure that out yourself."
