Lin Qingshan's face changed. He thought that Lin Nan had obviously offended Gu Qing, so why would A Fei help him get back the position of head of the family?
"Did Deputy Director Gu want the imperial green?"
"It seems you are not that stupid yet." Lin Nan looked playful.
"Lin Nan, don't get carried away. Do you think you can do whatever you want just because you control the Lin family? Lin Qingshan said gritting his teeth. The anger and jealousy in his heart ignited his cruelty and ambition.
"Uncle seems to have forgotten that I got the imperial green. You don't believe that I got it by luck, right? That's the rough material from Area C." Lin Nan's tone was calm, but there was a hint of contempt in his words.
Lin Qingshan glared at him fiercely, "You really do have the Lin family's secret to gambling on stones! You actually let a loser like you succeed in gambling on stones! How biased! Why is it that only your second branch knows about it!"
Lin Nan scratched his ears and asked, "Who taught me the secret of gambling on stones?"

Lin Qingshan was so angry that his whole body was shaking. He didn't want to believe that this nephew, whom he had always looked down upon, could actually have such ability. "Humph, you think I should believe you? You have never gambled on stones since you were a child!"
"How can you be sure that I have never gambled on stones since I was a child?"
Lin Nan smiled mysteriously, a shrewd glint in his eyes. "Perhaps I've been hiding my abilities from my family. You've only seen my lazy side, but haven't realized my hidden talents and skills."
Lin Qingshan was furious upon hearing this. He refused to believe that his nephew, whom he had always despised, could possess such immense power. "You're talking nonsense! You simply don't have the ability! If you truly had a talent for gambling on stones, how could your father have hidden it and not shown it off?" he shouted sternly.
"Why hide?" Lin Nan's lips curled up into a mocking smile, his expression becoming terrifying. "If I hadn't hidden myself, I'd probably have been killed when I was little, right? My good uncle?"
Lin Qingshan's eyes flickered. "I don't know what you are talking about. If you really have talent, it's a good thing for the Lin family. How could anyone harm you?"
"Then I have to ask you, if you weren't jealous of your brother, why would you kill them!" Lin Nan's words pierced Lin Qingshan like a sharp arrow.
"Nonsense!" Lin Qingshan shouted angrily, "You are framing me! How could I possibly do such a cruel thing to my own brother! You are defaming me and the entire Lin family! How dare a junior like you speak so disrespectfully to an elder? It's outrageous!"
Lin Nan, however, appeared calm and composed, with a cold glint in his eyes. "Uncle, think it over carefully before you speak. I have evidence."
Lin Qingshan was at a loss as to what to do after seeing Lin Nan's performance. He couldn't help but angrily said, "What evidence do you have? Show it to me!"
Lin Nan smiled slightly and pulled out an old piece of paper covered in dense handwriting. Lin Qingshan took the paper and felt his vision go dark. It turned out to be a handwritten letter he had written in the past. The letter was full of fierce words, full of dissatisfaction and bad words towards Lin Nan.
Lin Qingshan was suddenly shocked. He didn't expect that his own handwritten letter would become the strong evidence in Lin Nan's hands.
"How did you get this letter?" Lin Qingshan's voice trembled slightly, his eyes full of panic and anxiety.
"I've known about this letter for a long time, but I kept it as a safety precaution. I never thought it would come in handy today." Lin Nan laughed sarcastically, "Uncle, you thought I was just idle, but in fact, I've been planning all these years."
"Nonsense!" Lin Qingshan shook his head desperately, "This is impossible! You are framing me! I will never believe your nonsense so easily!"
"Don't believe it? Then let me show you how this letter will incriminate your brothers and destroy your power!" Lin Nan sneered and took the letter back. "Uncle, your power is nothing but an ant to me."

After that, someone ran in and said, "Master, the police are here!"
The sound of the police at the door was like a huge army, interrupting the confrontation between Lin Nan and Lin Qingshan.
Lin Qingshan's face was filled with anger and fear, and he looked like a wild beast forced to the edge of a cliff.
The police burst in, the lead officer holding documents, his gaze fixed squarely on Lin Qingshan. "Mr. Lin Qingshan, please come with us. We need to investigate your corruption and murder cases."
The whole room fell silent in an instant. Lin Qingshan's face turned from rosy to pale.
His lips trembled as he tried to deny it, but found himself unable to speak. His eyes briefly pleaded for mercy, but when he looked me in the eye, they turned incredibly vicious.
"You...what did you say to the police?!" Lin Qingshan roared uncontrollably, his voice filled with disbelief and indignation.
Lin Nan shook his head gently, pursing his lips and smiling. "Uncle, this isn't my fault. This is all your own fault. Do you think you can get away with it?"
Lin Nan turned to the officer and said, "I can go with you and provide the necessary evidence."
The police officer nodded and signaled two auxiliary police officers to come forward and take Lin Qingshan away.
Lin Nan cast a last glance at Lin Qingshan. His dignity, his desire for control, everything about him collapsed at that moment.
Walking out the door, Lin Nan took a deep breath of fresh air and felt as if all the burdens on his shoulders had been lifted.
The road ahead seemed to become much clearer all of a sudden. Unexpectedly, he would be able to take back the family property and avenge his parents so quickly.
Arriving at the criminal investigation room of the police station, Lin Nan provided evidence one by one, including Lin Qingshan's records of the power struggle within the family and evidence of secret external transactions.
These were collected for him by Lin's confidants. He didn't expect that other members of the Lin family were on his side.
