Chapter 155 Dream

Lin Shu and Han Yan left the supply and marketing cooperative.

The two stopped at the gate.

Lin Shu turned and looked towards Zhou Chuanxiong's house, feeling heavy in his heart.

"Is she really relieved... If it were me..."

"You can't let it go." Han Yan excitedly held Lin Shu's hand.

Lin Shu turned and looked at him.

"You can't let it go." Han Yan repeated, a hint of anxiety on his face, "I would rather you blame me, hate me, than let me go."

Lin Shu was silent.

She couldn't answer this question now, perhaps she was about to die...

"Promise me." Han Yan suddenly hugged her in his arms.

Passersby looked over.

"Let me go." Lin Shu patted his arm.

"Promise me."

"Someone's watching."

"Promise me." Han Yan's voice was stubborn.

Lin Shu was helpless: "I——"

"Hey, what are you two doing?"

Suddenly, someone shouted.

Lin Shu looked towards the source of the voice.

Several people wearing red armbands stood not far away.

One of them pointed at them and yelled, "What are you doing?"

"Hurry, let go, the red-sleeved soldiers are coming." Lin Shu said anxiously.

"Run!" Before Lin Shu could react, Han Yan pulled her and ran quickly.

"Hurry, catch up." A few red-sleeved soldiers followed behind.

Lin Shu's mind went blank as he followed Han Yan, turning left and right.

When she was about to run away, Han Yan pulled her and ran into an alley.

Lin Shu gasped: "You——"

"Shh!" Han Yan hugged her tightly.

After a while, a few red-sleeved soldiers ran past the alley where they were hiding: "Where's the guy? Chase him..."

After a while, Lin Shu leaned on his chest and calmed his breathing.

She patted him and whispered, "Is it okay?"

Han Yan said nothing and hugged her tighter.

After a few seconds, Lin Shu realized that they were a serious couple, so why should they run away.

"Let go." Lin Shu pinched the flesh on Han Yan's waist.

"They haven't left yet." Han Yan said in a deep voice.

"Really?"

"real."

Lin Shu was helpless. This guy was really good at pretending.

"We are husband and wife."

"We are husband and wife!"

"Then why are we running?"

Han Yan paused, then slowly let her go. He blinked twice and said innocently, "I didn't react."

Lin Shu glared at him. Who would have believed that someone as smart as him wouldn't have reacted?

"When did you become such a scoundrel?"

"I'm a rogue," Han Yan said, leaning closer to her. "Then you have to promise me that no matter what happens, you won't let me go."

Lin Shu gently pinched both sides of his face: "Do you really want us to break up?"

Han Yan choked and hurriedly tried to shake his head, but Lin Shu pinched his face, so he could only shake his head left and right twice: "No, I don't want to."

Lin Shu chuckled: "Why are you asking?"

"Then," Han Yan said seriously, "promise me that you will never leave me."

"That won't do." Lin Shu let go of his face, put his hands on his hips, and said proudly, "If you make me unhappy, I won't want you anymore and will go to a place where you will never find me."

"No!" As if he thought of something, a trace of panic flashed across Han Yan's face.

He took a step forward and hugged Lin Shu tightly in his arms: "No, don't leave me, I won't make you unhappy..."

Lin Shu struggled a few times, feeling uncomfortable from being strangled.

Han Yan held her tighter, as if he wanted to merge her into his body.

"It hurts..." Lin Shu patted him, sensing his fear, and wondered, "Han Yan, what's wrong with you?"

"I won't make you unhappy. Promise me not to leave me, okay, okay?" His voice was filled with panic and pleading.

Lin Shu's heart softened. Although she didn't know what was going on, she still followed his words: "Okay, okay, if you don't make me unhappy, I won't leave you."

"Really?" Han Yan let her go and stared into her eyes.

"Really!" Lin Shu promised.

Han Yan's eyes lit up and he was as happy as a child.

Lin Shu's eyes turned: "But..."

She deliberately stretched out her voice.

"But what..." Han Yan's expression suddenly became nervous.

"I would be unhappy if you didn't tell me what just happened," Lin Shu said.

Han Yan's eyes flashed: "Weren't we just being chased by the Red Sleeves soldiers?"

"Hmph." Lin Shu pretended to be unhappy, turned around and walked quickly out of the alley. "If you don't tell the truth, I'm leaving."

"Wait." Han Yan hurriedly followed, "Don't be angry, I'm telling you."

"Then you say." Lin Shu raised the corners of his mouth slightly and slowed down his pace.

As if he didn't know what to say, after waiting for a while, Han Yan finally spoke: "I had a dream when I was injured and unconscious."

"Dream?" Lin Shu paused. Thinking of his reaction just now, he knew that this was not an ordinary dream.

"Yeah." Han Yan looked at her, "Promise me you won't be angry first."

"Why?"

"You have to promise me first."

"Okay, I'm not angry." Lin Shu thought to himself.

She wanted to see what dream would make her angry.

Han Yan coughed lightly: "I dreamed of a girl."

"Girl?" Lin Shu stopped and stared at Han Yan in disbelief.

"You said you weren't angry." Han Yan said quickly.

"Hmm." Lin Shu took a deep breath, "I'm not angry. Go on."
