Lin Shu paused and lay softly on him.
Han Yan sighed with satisfaction and rubbed his chin against her neck: "That boy is really lucky." His tone was full of sourness.
Lin Shu was stunned and couldn't help but chuckle: "Who is getting the advantage? Isn't it you?"
"Yeah, that's right."
The two hugged each other quietly for a while.
"Oh right." Lin Shu gently nudged him, "Where is this place?"
"I don't know either." Han Yan helped Lin Shu stand up together. "I didn't remember anything when I first got here. Later I—"
As if he thought of something, Han Yan immediately looked at the puddle on the ground next to him, then squatted down and looked into the water carefully.
Lin Shu was puzzled and squatted beside the puddle.
There was nothing in the water, only their two reflections on the surface.
"Is there any problem?" Lin Shu asked.
“I saw it from inside before…”
"What?"
Han Yan didn't say anything, a hint of hesitation flashed across his face, and then he stretched out his hand towards the water.
"Wait." Lin Shu hurriedly grabbed his hand.
She suddenly remembered that Han Yan's hands were soaked in this water before he fainted, and he woke up because she wiped the water off his hands.
Could there be any connection between the two?
Han Yan’s reaction just now showed that there must be something strange about this puddle.
"Let me try." Han Yan said.
Lin Shu grabbed his hand tightly and shook his head: "No."
"Be good, it's okay." Han Yan said softly.
"No." Lin Shu was firm.
Before it was amnesia, so what will happen next?
The two men confronted each other for a while.
Han Yan sighed helplessly and retracted his hand: "Okay, I won't touch it."
Lin Shu's eyes curved slightly: "Yeah."
She looked around and picked up a small stone from the side: "We can use this."
"Smart." Han Yan praised with a smile.
"That's right." Lin Shu laughed.
The two of them stared at the puddle intently.
Lin Shu threw the small stone in his hand into the room.
The water in the puddle instantly formed circles of ripples.
Lin Shu held his breath.
After a while, the water surface slowly returned to calm, with nothing unusual happening.
Lin Shu was puzzled and looked at Han Yan.
Could she have guessed wrong?
Han Yan frowned slightly: "No, before I-"
He hasn't finished speaking yet.
The water in the puddle suddenly began to boil.
They both looked over at the same time.
Soon the water calmed down.
A vivid picture appeared on the water.
"Little Shu'er, be good, little Shu'er, be good."
In the room, a woman wearing a half-worn cheongsam was lowering her head to play with the baby in her arms, her face full of love.
Lin Shu looked at Han Yan in shock.
Han Yan stared at the water calmly, as if he had known this would happen.
Lin Shu looked at the scene on the water again.
The pictures flashed by frame by frame.
Lin Shu stared blankly at the familiar scene and the familiar people.
Her eyes were sore and tears could not be restrained from flowing down. She could not help but murmur: "Grandma..."
"Is that you, the girl inside?" Han Yan suddenly spoke.
Lin Shu immediately came back to his senses and hurriedly wiped the tears from his face.
"No...I..." Lin Shu spoke incoherently, his heart tense.
She didn't dare look at him, for fear that he would think she was a foreign object.
She has a space and memories of her past life. Is this something a normal person would have?
"Shu'er..."
Lin Shu pursed his lips tightly, tears flowing out uncontrollably again.
"Shu'er, look at me." Han Yan gently turned her body so that she faced him.
Lin Shu shrank his neck and lowered his head, tears falling one by one...on the ground.
"Look at me, Shu'er." Han Yan's voice was gentle. "Don't you believe me?"
Lin Shu's heart froze.
There was silence for a moment.
She slowly raised her head, and through the tears in her eyes, she saw Han Yan's face full of heartache.
There was no disgust, no fear, and no strange look in his eyes.
"Little fool..." Han Yan's eyes were as gentle as water, and he held her face in his hands.
Warm, soft lips gently placed a kiss on her forehead.
The kiss continued down, landing on her eyes, gently wiping away the tears from the corners of her eyes.
Lin Shu looked at him in a daze.
"Little fool...close your eyes..."
Lin Shu, who hadn't reacted yet, quickly closed his eyes.
After a soft laugh.
Then, lips with a burning breath touched hers...
Softness meets softness...
The two of them trembled as if they had been electrocuted.
Slowly... softly... domineeringly... passionately...
Lin Shu's hands couldn't help but tightly grasp the clothes on Han Yan's chest.
After an unknown amount of time, she whimpered softly.
Han Yan let her go, kissed her lips lightly, and then rested his forehead against hers.
The two of them were breathing heavily.
After calming down his breathing, Lin Shu pursed his lips and said, "Aren't you afraid?"
"Afraid?" Han Yan hugged Lin Shu in his arms, "I'm scared."
Lin Shu froze and began to struggle.
Han Yan tightened his grip, preventing her from moving: "I'm afraid of making you unhappy. You'll go back to your world, and I won't be able to find you, and you'll never come back."
Lin Shu paused and stopped struggling.
Her heart felt warm and wet, and tears couldn't help but well up in her eyes again.
"Han Yan."
"Um."
"Han Yan."
"Um."
