Chapter 3 Human Trafficker 1

Then there were a few complaining murmurs.

Lin Shu also opened his eyes and looked in the direction of the crying sound, which came from the seat on the other side of the aisle.

"Sorry, sorry. I'll ask them to stop right away." said a somewhat honest voice.

Lin Shu guessed that they should be the child's parents.

Can it stop immediately? Can this child's crying be controlled? Lin Shu was curious.

Unexpectedly, as soon as the child's parents finished speaking, the child's voice disappeared immediately.

After a while, the complaints in the carriage disappeared.

I guess those parents have some miraculous way of coaxing their children.

This thought only flashed through Lin Shu's mind, and then she closed her eyes again to rest.

Around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, most people in the carriage woke up and the carriage became lively again.

"Xiaojuan, please help me look after my bag." Lin Shu said as she prepared to go to the bathroom.

When passing through the corridor, a faint smell caught Lin Shu's attention.

She slowed down and searched for the source of the smell.

She stopped beside a row of seats. This was it.

Lin Shu looked carefully at the people sitting in the seats.

The woman was about forty or fifty years old, thin, with a dark complexion, and was wearing a worn blue long-sleeved shirt.

As if she noticed Lin Shu's gaze, she glared at him fiercely and asked, "What are you looking at?"

The man, who had his eyes closed, suddenly opened them, a hint of alertness flashing across his eyes. He glanced down at the child in his arms, quickly covered the child's exposed white, chubby hand with his right hand, nudged the woman with his knee, and then put on a simple smile: "My wife, my wife."

Lin Shu withdrew his gaze and walked forward as if nothing had happened.

I felt more and more confused: the drugs, the crying that stopped immediately, the obvious contrast in skin color, and all kinds of strange movements.

A thought formed in Lin Shu's mind: Oh no, it's a human trafficker.

Lin Shu no longer hesitated and quickly walked towards the train crew lounge.
