Then, she thought for a moment and said, "Auntie, if you trust me, I'll make some medicine for you to soak your legs, and then I'll give you acupuncture. You'll definitely feel much better."
"Really?" Aunt Liang was surprised, then she smiled happily, "I believe it, of course I don't. Just treat me as you like."
Lin Shu chuckled. Her tone was clearly coaxing a child.
Lin Shu pressed it for a while.
Aunt Liang held Lin Shu's hand and said, "Okay, girl, I feel much better now. Don't tire your hands."
Lin Shu smiled and nodded, then instructed, "Auntie, if you sit for a long time in the future, especially on a low stool like this, you should stretch your feet before standing up."
Aunt Liang quickly said okay, then she stood up and stomped her feet a few times, made sure everything was fine, and went back.
Lin Shu also stood up and stretched his arms and legs. They still had to work for a while before they could go back.
In this era, work points were important. The less work you did, the fewer work points you got, and the less grain you received at the end of the year.
People of Aunt Liang's age, who are not the main labor force in the family, usually stay at home to do housework.
When I have time, I will come out to do some lighter farm work. After all, who would want to go against work points?
Young people like Lin Shu who do little work will be criticized.
Lin Shu was not afraid of being talked about this, but adhering to the principle of less trouble is worse than more, she did not want to stand out too much within her tolerance.
In the afternoon, Lin Shu and the others were still doing this.
Aunt Liang was still sitting next to Lin Shu, working and chatting with them.
"Sister-in-law Liang, you're here. It's so hard for me to find you."
At this moment, a slightly shrill voice sounded.
Lin Shu looked towards the source of the voice.
A woman in her fifties wearing a light gray-blue jacket walked towards them.
"Hey, Second Aunt, why are you here?" Aunt Liang looked up at her and asked.
"Why, you don't welcome me?"
"Welcome, of course." Aunt Liang threw the corn in her hand back into the corn pile, clapped her hands, and pulled over an empty stool next to her. "Come, come and sit down."
Second Aunt came over and sat down on a small stool. She glanced at Lin Shu, then at Xu Juan, and said cheerfully, "Do you have a boyfriend, little girl?"
Lin Shu and Xu Juan looked at each other, lowered their heads and remained silent, looking shy.
"What nonsense are you talking about?" Aunt Liang patted her. "Do you think the girl is as shameless as you are?"
"I didn't say anything nonsense, I was just—"
"Tell me, how come you have time to come here?" Aunt Liang interrupted her.
Second Aunt was immediately distracted and complained, "Why didn't you tell me that Yan Zi came back a while ago?"
Han Yan? Lin Shu pricked up his ears.
Aunt Liang snorted and picked up another corn to shell. "Why should I tell you?"
"Hey, didn't you promise me?" Second Aunt raised her voice.
"What did I promise you?" Aunt Liang rolled her eyes at her.
"Let Yan Zi and Xiao Xia meet each other."
"I didn't agree to that." Aunt Lin glanced at Lin Shu and said seriously, "Don't talk nonsense."
Lin Shu was puzzled. Why was he looking at her?
"Didn't you say that when Yan Zi comes back, you'll ask him what he thinks?" Second Aunt said a little angrily.
"I asked him, but he didn't agree."
"Didn't agree? Why didn't he agree?" Second Auntie became excited. "In this area, is there any girl who can compare to Xiaoxia? Is he still dreaming of finding a fairy?"
Lin Shu chuckled.
Xu Juan next to him gently bumped Lin Shu's shoulder with her shoulder.
Lin Shu turned his head and looked inquiringly.
Xu Juan had an expression of disappointment.
Lin Shu became even more confused.
"I can't be a celestial fairy," Aunt Liang said with a smile, "but I can be a fairy."
Second Aunt stared at Aunt Liang in surprise, then said angrily, "I wonder which fairy he can find?"
After saying that, Second Aunt stood up suddenly, snorted lightly, turned around and left.
Lin Shu watched the scene with amusement.
Suddenly, Aunt Liang turned around and said to her with a smile: "I want a fairy like you.
Lin Shu was stunned and said embarrassedly, "Auntie, you are too kind."
"Ah, Sister Zhou, what's wrong with you?"
Suddenly, there was a noisy sound not far away.
Lin Shu and the other two hurried over.
Mrs. Zhou, the team leader who had led them to cut corn stalks, was pale and lying unconscious on the ground.
Company Commander Zhang was squatting in front of her, pinching her philtrum with his hands, trying to wake her up.
"Mrs. Zhou, what's going on?" someone in the crowd asked
"I don't know either. She told me she felt dizzy and wanted to vomit, so I told her to go to the health center to see a doctor. She said no, just drink some water and it will be fine."
"Who knew that she would just stand up and faint on the ground with a bang." A woman answered.
"Have you called Tie Niu?" someone shouted.
"Yes, yes."
After a while, a dark and strong man pushed through the crowd and shouted, "Wife, where is my wife?"
"He's lying on the ground." someone answered.
Tie Niu looked at the ground, suddenly his eyes widened, and he strode forward, grabbing Captain Zhang who was squatting on the ground and throwing him to the ground.
ah!
The crowd exclaimed.
Lin Shu suddenly became angry.
"How dare you touch my wife." Tie Niu roared, raised his fist and rushed towards Captain Zhang.
Someone nearby quickly reached out and stopped him.
"Tie Niu, are you crazy? What are you doing?" someone shouted angrily.
"How dare he touch my wife."
"Captain Zhang is saving your wife."
