No matter what kind of discussion, Lin Shu just smiled it off.
The rumors that she had fallen into the water and lost her innocence had long since disappeared.
In the next few days, Han Yan would go to the clinic to find her whenever he was free.
Only then did Lin Shu realize how clingy he was.
That day, the two were drying medicinal herbs outside the house.
Ring, ring, ring, a postman is coming this way on his bicycle.
Before, people in the brigade had to go to the county post office to get their letters, but now it is much more convenient with the postman delivering them to the brigade.
"Comrade Lin Shu, are you there?" the postman stopped not far from them and asked them.
"It's me." Lin Shu replied.
"Your letter." The postman took out a letter from the bag on the back of his bicycle and handed it to her.
"Thank you." Lin Shu took the letter. It was sent by his father, Lin Jianguo.
"A letter from my father." Lin Shu said, opening the letter in front of Han Yan.
Lin Shu read the letter, glanced at Han Yan, and couldn't help but smile.
"What are you so happy about?" Han Yan saw that she had finished reading and couldn't help asking.

"What did you say about me?" Han Yan's face was tense and he looked nervous.
"He said you..." Lin Shu stretched out his voice.
Han Yan pursed his lips and looked at her expectantly.
"He said that since you are so old, is this your second marriage? If not, is there some unspeakable secret..." Lin Shu said while watching Han Yan's reaction.
Han Yan's body stiffened, his expression cracking.
Seeing his expression, Lin Shu was overjoyed and started giggling.
Han Yan slowly came to his senses and looked at her with dim eyes.
Lin Shu immediately stopped laughing. She knew she couldn't continue teasing him, as she would be the one to suffer in the end. However, she couldn't help but smile.
"Very funny, huh?" Han Yan raised his eyebrows slightly.
Lin Shu immediately shook his head.
The two looked at each other for a while.
Finally, Han Yan sighed helplessly: "Didn't you tell your parents how old I am?"
"No." Lin Shu's eyes curved slightly, "I just said you were the battalion commander." Who knew they had such a rich imagination?
Han Yan reached out and gently pulled her pigtail: "I knew it."
Lin Shu clapped his hands.
