Chapter 127 Is It Your Business?

Shen Anan struggled to break free from Li Dali's hand, and there was no warmth in her voice.

"I have no interest in your affairs, and I don't want to listen to them."

After hearing what Shen Anan said, Li Dali seemed to sober up a little. He knew that what he had done to Shen Anan before was not right, but now he was really desperate.

"Shen Anan, I know it was wrong for me to get you out of the hospital before, but can you help me this time? I don't even have a job now, and my wife and children at home are waiting for me to support them."

There was a cry in Li Dali's voice.

Looking at Li Dali like this, Shen Anan frowned. She knew that Li Dali was indeed down and out now, but she also knew that people should always be responsible for their own actions.

"Li Dali, I can't help you with your problem. You have to bear the consequences of your own actions."

Shen Anan finished speaking and turned to leave.

Li Dali looked at Shen Anan's back and knew that he really had no chance this time. He sighed, got drunk, and sat down on the side of the road.

The next day, Shen Anan arrived at the train station early in the morning, holding the ticket in her hand, feeling a little nervous, fearing that something might go wrong.

She only breathed a sigh of relief when she finally got on the train to Wangjiazhuang.

The train slowly pulled out of the platform, and Shen Anan found her seat, which was by the window. She sat down, looking at the scenery outside the window, but she was thinking about the upcoming journey to find her relatives.

Just then, there was a noise nearby. Shen Anan turned around and saw a little girl being beaten and scolded by her mother.

After listening for a while, I realized that the reason was that the little girl refused to give the only half steamed bun in her hand to her younger brother.

Shen Anan looked at the little girl, she was so thin that she looked like a bag of bones, and was obviously very hungry. Even though she knew that food was precious in this era, she couldn't be so biased.

Seeing the girl crying, her mind flashed back to her childhood. Unable to hold back, she stood up and walked to the mother and daughter, "Sister, the child is so thin, please don't hit her like this."

The aunt was stunned. She didn't expect someone to interfere in her family's affairs. She looked Shen Anan up and down, "Who are you? This is my family's business. Do you have any right to interfere?"

Shen Anan was not angry either. She took out a steamed bun from her bag and handed it to the little girl: "This is mine, give it to the child, and stop hitting her."

When the mother saw the steamed bun in Shen Anan's hand, her eyes lit up. She snatched it away, but turned around and started scolding Shen Anan: "What's wrong with you? You are so nosy! What do you care what my children eat?"

Shen Anan felt upset after hearing this, but she also knew that she couldn't argue with such a person, so she turned around and returned to her seat.

The passengers on the train saw this and began to talk in low voices. Several passengers couldn't stand it and spoke up for Shen Anan, accusing the aunt of doing the wrong thing.

"The child is so thin, and it's obvious that she doesn't eat well. You forced her to give up her own rations. This mother is too cruel."

"Yes, comrade, don't make it difficult for the child. She can't even eat enough, so how can she have the energy to give food to others?"

The passengers' discussions made the old lady feel embarrassed and she became even more agitated.

The old lady turned around and yelled at the little girl, "You are so ignorant, you only know how to eat. I saved all the food in the house by cutting down on my expenses, and you are still embarrassing me here!"

As she spoke, she began to beat and scold the little girl again. The little girl's eyes were filled with tears, but she did not dare to cry out loud and could only endure it silently.

When Shen Anan saw this scene, she knew she couldn’t just sit back and watch anymore. She stood up again, walked up to the aunt, and said firmly: "Sister, what are you doing? The child is still young, how can she bear it if you hit her like this?"

The aunt was even more annoyed by what Shen Anan said. She pointed at Shen Anan and scolded: "You, an outsider, what qualifications do you have to meddle in my family's affairs? I can manage my children however I want. Do you have any right to control them?"

Shen Anan did not back down. She looked directly at the aunt, and her voice became more determined: "Sister, I am an outsider, but I can't stand you treating the child like this. The child is innocent. If you beat her like this again, I will call the police."

After saying that, Shen Anan pretended to ask the flight attendant to come over and call the police together.

Seeing that she was serious, the aunt panicked, knowing that she was not easy to mess with, and the other passengers on the train were also watching, she didn't dare to do it again, she could only glare at Shen Anan angrily and pulled her daughter back to her seat.

On the other hand, Shen Xiuxiu was calculating in her mind. How could she let Shen Anan have an easy time? She had to let Li Shunzi go to Wangjiazhuang to cause trouble for Shen Anan.

Shen Xiuxiu found Li Shunzi, and when Li Shunzi saw her, he felt a little scared. Last time, because he was close to Shen Xiuxiu, he was misunderstood by Zhao Youwei and was beaten up. He doesn't want to get into trouble again.

"Xiu Xiu, I'm really scared of Zhao Youwei, please don't come to me anymore!"

Li Shunzi said this and was about to run.

Shen Xiuxiu quickly grabbed him, with a hint of pleading in her voice: "Brother Shunzi, I beg you, please help me go to Wangjiazhuang to see if you can find any information about Shen Anan's biological parents."

After hearing this, Li Shunzi was so reluctant that he shook his head: "Xiu Xiu, last time because I was close to you, Zhao Youwei beat me up. This time I dare not go again."

When Shen Xiuxiu saw Li Shunzi's look, she became very anxious. If Li Shunzi didn't go, who would help her go?

Holding Li Shunzi's hand, she cried, "Brother Shunzi, after I finish this, I will divorce Zhao Youwei, okay? Then help me!"

"Xiu Xiu, it's not that I don't want to help you, it's just that Zhao Youwei is too cruel, and I don't want to be beaten again."

Although Li Shunzi was quite moved by Shen Xiuxiu's appearance, he still didn't dare to agree...

Shen Xiuxiu was so anxious, she knew she was really helpless this time. She hugged Li Shunzi tightly, her voice choking with sobs: "Brother Shunzi, I know you are a good person, please help me one more time, and I will never embarrass you again."

Li Shunzi was conflicted. After hesitating for a long time, he sighed and softened his tone: "Xiu Xiu, that's enough! I'll help you, but you have to promise me that this is the last time. If I help you find out about Shen Anan's biological parents, you will divorce Zhao Youwei!"

Seeing that he agreed, Shen Xiuxiu nodded quickly: "Brother Shunzi, I promise you, I will divorce Zhao Youwei when the time comes!"

After saying this, Shen Xiuxiu quickly helped him pack his luggage and bought a train ticket to Wangjiazhuang.

At the same time, the train that Shen Anan was on had arrived at the station.
