Chapter 2: Crossing

Lin Yian went directly to the nearby fruit and vegetable market and seasoning store.

After inspecting the goods and asking about the quantity, four invoices were handed out as usual, and two million was reduced from the account.

After coming out of the spice shop, Lin Yian opened his notebook and took a look.

The most basic necessities of life are food, clothing, housing and transportation. Food is basically guaranteed, and the next thing is housing.

Lin Yian found a hotel near the wholesale market and stayed there. He went straight to the wholesale market early the next morning to inspect the goods and hand in the orders.

The money in the account was flowing out rapidly. Lin Yian stayed in Liao Province for more than half a month and spent a full eight million yuan.

In the process of constantly putting things away, she gradually became familiar with the space. Her space was incredibly large, and it seemed as if time stood still in it. Things looked the same when they were put in and taken out; so she bought a lot of semi-finished dishes.

This process also confirmed her guess that living things could not be placed in the space. But it was enough.

Lin Yian left Liao Province immediately after all the goods arrived, but she still had to continue renting the warehouse, otherwise she was afraid that the sudden disappearance of so many things would arouse suspicion.

Lin Yian then went to Kyoto and rushed to several major shopping malls to start his crazy shopping.

Afterwards, she flew to Jiang Province and bought up the spot goods and inventory from several seafood markets according to the orders she had prepared long ago.

When there was only 5.2 million in the account, Lin Yian flew to New Province to buy a large amount of cotton and dried fruits; he also stockpiled a lot of dairy products in Meng Province...

Until the landlord of the courtyard where she rented a house called her.

"Xiao An, when are you coming back? This little courtyard is almost flooded with express deliveries."

"Sister Yun, I will be back the day after tomorrow. Can you please keep an eye on me for two days?"

"Okay, come back soon."

After Sister Yun hung up the phone, she immediately received a call from the express delivery station. Sure enough, another express delivery from Xiaoan had arrived.

How much stuff did this girl buy?

After Lin Yian hung up the phone, he took the big bag from the drugstore clerk and said, "Thank you."

"It's okay. Take your time."

Whenever Lin Yian arrives at a place, he will buy all kinds of daily medicines as well as gauze, cotton swabs and the like at the nearby pharmacies.

She didn't dare to buy these things in large quantities, so she could only do it this way.

…………

When Lin Yian returned to the courtyard exhausted, she happened to meet Sister Yun who came to deliver a express package to her.

"Xiao An, you're finally back! Were you traveling? You look much better than when you first came."

Lin Yian touched his face and said, "Really? I didn't even notice it. Thank you, Sister Yun, for all this time. This is the specialty I brought from Xin Province. Take it back and try it."

After the greetings, Lin Yian began the long journey of unpacking the packages.

The courtyard is located in a remote area, so she can unpack and collect things one by one without any worries, and directly use her consciousness to classify and organize them in the space.

"Bed sheets, mattresses, military coats, kettles..."

It took Lin Yian three days to unpack all the express parcels. He packed up the remaining express boxes and sent them to the express station, in exchange for more than 1,000 yuan.

You can imagine how many express deliveries she bought.

On the way back to the courtyard, Lin Yian passed by a stray dog adoption base and donated the more than 1,000 yuan in his hand and the remaining several thousand yuan on his card to the base.

"Miss, would you like to adopt a dog? These puppies are very clean and have been vaccinated. They will definitely not bite anyone."

Lin Yian waved his hand: "No need, I just hope you can give these puppies a meal tonight."

The owner of the base picked up the furry child that was picking at his shoes and said with a smile: "Don't worry, I will definitely give them some extra food!"

Lin Yian was relieved to donate all the money because he saw that the puppies were very close to the breeder.

"Well, you go ahead and do your work. I'll be leaving first."

"Hey, please take care."

The base administrator looked at Lin Yi'an's receding back and rubbed the puppy's head. "Maoqiu, we met a good person! We'll give you an extra meal tonight."

"Woof."

After Lin Yian returned to the courtyard, he packed up all his things and put them into the space. He wrote a farewell letter and placed it on the dining table along with his keys.

She didn't know what her body would be like after she left, so she decided not to stay in the courtyard and cause trouble for Sister Yun.

After Lin Yian left the courtyard, he deliberately walked a little further away until he came to a secluded riverside.

Lin Yian found a big willow tree by the river and sat down to lean against it. He looked up at the sky above and saw a lot of shining stars.

"I didn't expect my luck to be so good. I can actually see so many stars today. Tsk, my luck has changed!"

Lin Yian closed her eyes and used her consciousness to communicate with the mark left by the soul in her mind.

The mark began to glow, and Lin Yian's consciousness suddenly fell into darkness.

…………

"Yes, just sign here. Oh, why are your hands so cold? Your child must be having a fever. His face is red. Director Li, why don't you send this child to the hospital?"

As soon as Lin Yian woke up, she felt her body go weak and powerless. There were chaotic noises all around her, and someone was pinching her arm with all his might.

It was this severe pain that kept her awake.

"The child insisted on signing first. After signing, we will send the child to the hospital."

Lin Yian barely managed to sort out what time it was from her memory, and immediately blinked her eyes, tears streaming down her face.

"My arm hurts, please stop pinching me..."

Although Lin Yian's voice was full of powerlessness, he still maintained a volume loud enough for people around him to hear.
