He was thinking: When my luck gets better in a couple of days and I win some money, I'll buy Wan Shu a thicker gold chain. It will definitely look better on her. Then I can coax her and maybe she'll be with him again.
Zhang Chunxue had no idea of the complicated and dirty thoughts in his mind.
She just stared at Zhong Chengren coldly, her eyes seemed to be able to see through his heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys.
"Now that you're back," Zhang Chunxue said slowly, a chill in her voice, "I just wanted to ask you something. Where did you get the money to buy that vixen Meng Wanshu a gold necklace?"
