After going upstairs, I knocked on Dong Qingqing's door, "Knock knock~"
"July is back?" Dong Qingqing was making dinner, sweating profusely, when she saw Lin Qiyue and asked with a smile.
Lin Qiyue, holding two crabs, said, "Sister Dong, I bought a few crabs, here are two for you."
"I can't accept it, you keep it for yourself," Dong Qingqing refused without even thinking.
Lin Qiyue added, "Take these. I also want to get two for Sister Han. She always takes such good care of me, I don't know how to thank her enough. I just happened to see some really plump crabs today, so I bought a few for her. Here you go."
While speaking, he placed it directly into the other person's hand.
Dong Qingqing was also good at handling interpersonal relationships, so she didn't refuse again. She glanced at the crab and smiled, "You've gone to so much trouble, so I'll accept it."
"Take it, I won't bother you anymore."
"Okay, if you need anything, just let me know," Dong Qingqing said with a smile.
Lin Qiyue nodded.
He turned around and went to Han Yingyu's house. The door was open, and he saw Han Yingyu carrying a bowl out.
"My dear sister is back. I made some meat buns and was thinking of taking some over to you, and here you are?" Han Yingyu was holding a bowl with four buns in it. "I added some vegetables and bamboo shoots to the meat filling. If you like them, take them home."
"Sister Han, you're so kind! I don't even need to cook anymore." Lin Qiyue looked at the steamed bun; she wouldn't need to cook after eating it.
He took two crabs and handed them to her.
Han Yingyu sighed helplessly, and the two exchanged a smile.
"If I don't take it, you probably won't want my steamed buns!" They've known each other for a while now, one side is crab, the other is steamed buns.
Lin Qiyue smiled and said, "I'll bring the bowls back to you later."
"No rush, you can't run away," Han Yingyu said with a smile.
Lin Qiyue carried the steamed buns home.
