Chapter 126 Hardcore Coaxing

Yang Qingheng's act of taking away their private room was a clear lesson to them. Qiao Xihe was furious when she saw her smug expression: "Designer Shen, since Boss Yang doesn't like the two of us, we can just book a new private room."

No one knew where that membership card came from. The receptionist was only thinking about Yang Qingheng and was afraid that she would be angry, so she deliberately said, "I'm sorry, Miss, Miss Yang booked the last first-class private room. We only have one third-class private room left."

Qiao Xihe gritted her teeth, glared at her fiercely, and said helplessly to Shen Rong, "I'm sorry to have wronged Designer Shen."

Shen Rong looked unwell and did not respond.

The two went inside.

Yang Qingheng then returned the card to Fang Nan: "Thank you for helping me out of that situation earlier."

"Hey, whatever it is about, it's all because my brother Heng sent me," Fang Nan said, his eyes darting around as he deliberately tried to curry favor with Song Hengjue. "If you want to thank someone, thank him."

Yang Qingheng raised an eyebrow: "He's here?"

Fang Nan nodded and pointed to the car under the shade of the tree: "Yes, it's over there."

Yang Qingheng strode over and knocked on the car window.

When Song Hengjue saw her coming, he was startled. He pulled over the rearview mirror and carefully checked himself to make sure there was nothing wrong with him before opening the car door.

Yang Qingheng bent down and scurried in, throwing the card at him: "Where did you get this card?"

Fang Nan chuckled smugly: "That shop was opened by my brother Heng in partnership with someone else. If my brother doesn't have a card, then who does?"

It happened so fast that Song Hengjue didn't even have time to cover his mouth.

Sure enough, after hearing Fang Nan's words, Yang Qingheng raised an eyebrow, her eyes filled with blatant mockery: "I really didn't expect you to be so smug now, opening a shop and having to categorize people into different classes. What, can't you see how rural people are? Did you wash the mud off your legs?"

Fang Nan's smile froze, and he stiffly turned to look at Song Hengjue, wishing he could slap himself twice across the face.

Song Hengjue coughed lightly, his eyes darting around with a hint of guilt: "I only invested; he manages everything in the store."

"Oh, birds of a feather flock together." Yang Qingheng's lips curled up, her dimples appearing and disappearing, her smile sweeter than sugar, but her words were like thorns, stabbing deep into people's hearts.

Song Hengjue paused, turned his head away without saying a word, leaving her with only the back of his head.

She looked inexplicably aggrieved.

Yang Qingheng's eyelashes trembled. She realized she had gone a bit too far this time, but she stubbornly refused to apologize. She tugged at his sleeve and changed the subject: "Hey, didn't you say you were going to give me the land? When is the transfer of ownership?"

Fang Nan was dumbfounded; he had never seen such a hardcore attempt at coaxing.

To his astonishment, Song Hengjue actually fell for it and immediately turned around, saying, "You can do it whenever you want."

"It's a weekday, only 10 a.m. The Land and Resources Bureau hasn't closed yet, let's go now." Yang Qingheng rolled up her sleeves and glanced at the time.

Song Hengjue replied, "Okay."

The couple took turns singing, completely ignoring Fang Nan.

Song Hengjue kicked him: "Drive."

The Land and Resources Bureau is nearby, and Song Hengjue has become a regular there recently, so the process went very smoothly.

It had only been half an hour since the two of them came out with their certificates.

Song Hengjue spotted Fang Nan blocking the doorway at a glance and walked around him to go out.

Fang Nan pursed her lips, winked, and stepped aside to block him.

"Are you having an episode?" Song Hengjue was speechless, so annoyed he wanted to slap him across the face. He was making faces and acting all smug, which made Song Hengjue's teeth itch.

Fang Nan was anxious and was about to speak when he was pushed away.

The three people inside stared at the two people outside, and the air was deathly silent.
