Chapter 188 Patching

Chapter 188 Patching

"I...I want to sit here." The little guy pointed at a little girl. Boys are the worst. Her hair was pulled and hurt today. She didn't want to sit with boys.

Why not choose Xiaojun or Xiaozhuzi? It's because they are good friends who play together. It would be sad to choose one and not the other. After all, when they were playing house before, they had a quarrel over who would marry her.

So the little guy thoughtfully chose a little girl. The little girl looked very energetic. Why do I say that?

Because they were sitting together with the white and sticky little guy, the two of them looked like white glutinous rice balls with black sesame filling mixed together.

It was obvious that the little girl often ran outside, so she looked very dark, with her eyes rolling around, making her look very lively.

Lin Xia felt much more at ease and played more with the lively child. She hoped that the little one would not be so sensitive and that being lively and confident was the best.

An An is very lively and talkative in front of her parents at home, but she becomes shy easily when she goes out. Lin Xia has no choice but to try to influence her through the environment and the people around her.

Personality is partly determined by nature, and partly by the environment.

Teacher Wang arranged for the little one and came out to say hello to Lin Xia. Seeing that Lin Xia had no intention of leaving, he went back to the office to get the lesson plan and prepare for the class later.

Subjects are only taught in the first grade of elementary school. The knowledge in the preschool class is taught by a fixed teacher, who teaches both pinyin and numbers.

As soon as the teacher left, the classroom became noisy.

After the little guy sat down, he was a little reserved when the little girl at the same table came over and asked, "Is that your mother outside?"

An An looked out the window and saw Lin Xia still standing there, looking at her with a smile, somewhat happy.

She smiled at her deskmate and said proudly in her baby voice, "It's my mom!"

"Your mother is so beautiful." The little girl looked at Lin Xia without blinking and exclaimed exaggeratedly.

These words made the little girl very happy. She felt that her mother was the most beautiful mother in the world.

"My name is Lu Anan, what's your name? Do you want to eat something?" Anan reached into her schoolbag, took out a piece of dried mango and asked.

The little girl looked at the dried mango curiously. She had eaten mangoes before but had never eaten dried mangoes. Her eyes were glued to the dried mangoes. "My name is Chen Yue, and my mother calls me Yueyue. Is this for me?"

Seeing that she wanted to eat, the little guy gave it to her generously.

Chen Yue took the dried mango and started eating. The dried mango had lost its moisture, but was much sweeter than the fresh one, and it tasted sour and sweet when taken a bite.

"Yueyue, give me a bite." The classmate behind her saw Chen Yue eating, and stared at her, swallowing his saliva.

Chen Yue looked at the little girl, seeking her consent with her eyes.

Seeing that other children also wanted it, An An generously took it out, and several children started eating it in class.

"An An, why don't you sit with me!" Xiao Jun saw that the class had not started yet, so he ran over to question the little guy.

An An was holding a piece of dried mango in her hand. When she saw Xiao Jun coming, she blinked her big eyes and asked cutely, "Do you want one?"

Because of missing teeth, he still has some gurgling when speaking.

Lin Xia saw An An being surrounded outside the window, and she felt relieved. However, when she relaxed, she realized that her waist was sore, and she was exhausted because she didn't take a rest at noon.

I was also afraid that my child would look for me later, so I held my waist and prepared to wait until class started before leaving.

Fortunately, not long after, a teacher went to the open space and pulled the hanging bell. The ringing of the bell indicated the start of the class.

Lin Xia waited outside the door for a while. During this time, Teacher Zhao didn't expect that she was still in school. He lowered his head and walked past Lin Xia silently and went to the next classroom.

Seeing Teacher Wang come in and start the class and the children listening attentively, Lin Xia felt that this class change was quite good.

After roughly listening to the content of the class, Lin Xia had an idea in her mind. Although this was a preschool class for children who were about to enter elementary school, there were no complicated contents to learn. It was just simple word recognition and pronunciation. In fact, what she had learned before was more difficult than what Teacher Wang taught.

It’s just that he might not have taught as much as she did. Seeing that the little guy was listening attentively, Lin Xia went home with peace of mind. She was still thinking about how to give the little guy extra lessons. No matter what, the words had been spoken.

After arriving home, Lin Xia didn't have time to do anything else so she went upstairs to lie down. She had forced herself not to sleep at noon and now she was really sleepy.

Before going to bed, I was still worried that I couldn’t sleep too long, for fear of oversleeping and missing the chance to pick up the kids.

After waking up, Lin Xia hurriedly checked the time. Seeing that she had not overslept, she got up immediately, tidied the house, brought in the clothes that were hanging out to dry, took the keys and went out to pick up the children.

A group of children lined up after school. Lin Xia saw the little guy and Chen Yue, their little heads put together and whispering to each other. No one knew what they were saying, but their expressions looked very lively and vivid.

Lin Xia felt slightly relieved, it seemed that the afternoon had been good.

As soon as he walked out of the school gate, the little guy saw Lin Xia standing aside. He rushed over happily, chattering about his classmates, and regained his previous liveliness.

Lin Xia was very pleased to see this, and she felt comfortable listening to the childish words, feeling very happy.

In this way, the little guy became a formal preschool child and started his school life.

Lin Xia also arranged her schedule. In the morning, she would send her children to school. When Wang Guilan came, she would go buy vegetables first. After coming back, the two of them would do housework and tend to the vegetable garden together.

When it was almost time to go home after school, Wang Guilan prepared the meal and went home, while Lin Xia went to pick up the children from school to eat.

She didn't mind the trouble at all and treated the daily walking time as exercise. Other children would walk in groups, but the adults didn't care at all and just let them do whatever they wanted.

Lin Xia sometimes often saw some children playing on the roadside right after they left school. After crawling and rolling around, their clothes became covered in mud.

Several times I saw children having fun on the road. Several kids were lying on the ground playing with picture cards, not even minding that the ground was dirty.

Sure enough, the next day when Yang Hongmei came to visit, she was mending clothes. The torn area in the crotch was not suitable for mending with a sewing machine, so she mended the hole in the trouser leg by hand.

"How did these pants get so torn? They're just like his father's, often coming back with rips here and there." Yang Hongmei cut a piece of cloth and stuck it on the torn pants to patch them up.

When Lin Xia saw the damaged pants, she remembered those kids who would lie on the ground after school, rubbing and playing wildly, ruining not only their pants but also their mothers.

Yang Hongmei is much more relaxed now. Her eldest son goes to primary school and takes his younger brother home after school. This saves her time and she doesn't have to pick up the child.

But they were used to coming home late from school, so the two naughty kids must have been playing in the family area and would not be seen until they were called home for dinner.

Yang Hongmei was inexplicably amused by Lin Xia's laughter, and she slowed down her sewing. "What are you laughing at?"
