Chapter 44 targets Zheng Jiayu
Chen Jia had no idea what Shen Xizhen was thinking; she was only considering how to get what she wanted next.

Not long after I got home, the military doctor came over with his medicine kit.
After examining Zheng Jiayu, they gave her an injection to reduce her fever: "This fever is caused by a cold. Taking some medicine to reduce the fever will do the trick."
"Doctor, are there no antipyretics left in the treatment room?" Gu Yunting asked the doctor.
Upon hearing that there were no antipyretics in the treatment room, the military doctor looked astonished: "How is that possible?"
"Fever reducers and anti-inflammatory drugs are always available in the treatment room. Who told you there weren't any fever reducers?" The military doctor frowned.
He had just checked the medicine with Shen Xizhen two days ago, and there was still plenty of fever reducers. How come there's none left today?
"That's what Chen Jia said in the treatment room." Gu Yunting understood Chen Jia's purpose after learning the situation.

The patient had such a high fever, yet Chen Jia refused to give him fever-reducing medicine; she was trying to kill him.
Shen Xizhen returned at this moment and was somewhat surprised to see Dr. Chen there. She asked, "Dr. Chen? What brings you here? You seem very angry. What happened?"
He was treating other patients earlier and wasn't here. I don't know what happened.
