Pei Yanli reached out and brushed a stray hair from her forehead: "I originally wanted to confess to you today, but after meeting your mother this morning, I felt like everything was disrupted, and I was a little nervous."
Shang Shang blinked, somewhat surprised: "You're dressed so formally today, are you planning to confess your feelings to me?"
Pei Yanli nodded: "I was planning to confess to you after the open class, but some unexpected things happened."

Pei Yanli smiled and looked into her eyes: "Zhou Zhiyi, I've liked you for ten years. Will you be my girlfriend?"

There were five or six thugs bullying a tall, thin boy who was beaten to the ground.

Pei Yanli didn't say what came next, but Shang Shang understood: he was trying to become the person she liked.
Shang Shang smiled, but there were tears in her eyes because she felt sorry for Pei Yanli: "Ten years, aren't you afraid I'll marry someone else? Are you that sure?"
Pei Yanli paused for a moment: "I've been abroad and I've kept up with news about you. Every time you attend a banquet, Yan Lei would send me photos. If you get married, I will stay abroad and never come back."
Shang Shang was surprised: "Yan Lei...he knows you like me?"
Pei Yanli nodded: "He's known about it since high school."
Shang Shang looked up at Pei Yanli and smiled gently, "You're so tall. It's tiring for me to look up at you like this. Could you bend down a little?"
Pei Yanli bent down slightly, looking Shang Shang in the eye.
Shang Shang suddenly leaned over and kissed the corner of his lips: "Didn't you just ask me if I would be your girlfriend?"
