He stood at the door and watched the door of the operating room slowly close.
"Jiawen, don't worry, Jiaojiao and the baby will be fine." Mother Xu looked at Cheng Jiawen standing at the door, staring blankly at the door of the operating room, feeling a little relieved and a little helpless.
She pulled him to the stool next to her and said, "Sit and wait. It won't be that fast."

There was only one scream, followed by the loud crying of a child.
The door opened, and a nurse came out holding a cleaned baby. "Congratulations, it's a boy."
Cheng Jiawen looked at the wrinkled, red-faced child in front of him. He touched his face gently with trembling fingers. It was soft, and his heart became soft as well.
Xu's mother went over to catch the child, "Good, good, good child."
Cheng Jiawen looked behind the nurse and kept looking around, "Doctor, where is my wife? Why hasn't my wife come out yet?"
The nurse smiled at him reassuringly, "Your wife still has to give birth to a child. There's another one in her belly. Don't worry. After giving birth to one, the second one will be much easier."
Cheng Jiawen's heart was once again in his throat, and he felt very uneasy.
Suddenly the door opened, "Who is Xu Qianjiao's family member?"
"I, I am..." Cheng Jiawen immediately ran over, "I am, what's wrong, where is my wife?"
"The patient is currently lacking strength and showing signs of a difficult labor. Family members are requested to sign first." The nurse handed the surgical notice directly to Cheng Jiawen, motioning him to sign immediately.
