Chapter 153 Never Scared
In the Meng family courtyard, Meng Fude harnessed the car and planned to send He Jinqiu to town first.
When seeing his daughter come back, He Jinqiu said a few words to her, telling her not to save the food, sugar, meat and other things at home and to eat as much as she wanted.

Meng Shulan stood at the foot of the wall and waited quietly.

Soon, the ladder on the next wall was moved away, and Gu Hansong's voice came from the other side of the wall.

He was asking her if she was aware of the rumors in the village.
